Ordered ahead online tonight. Placed the order around 7. Was suppose to be ready at 730 in the drive through. Waited 20 minutes while they serviced one customer in the line. Decided to just go in and get it. They hadn’t even started it and blamed it on a big order. They kept asking what we ordered over and over. They checked someone else’s order that they had already handed to them to see if it was ours. Finally made the pizza and bread sticks after our order being 45 minutes late and it was wrong. The cheese sticks have pizza sauce on them and no seasoning and were cut into huge pieces. The pizza was suppose to be a pretzel crust but they gave us a normal crust with salt. Went back in and complained and was brushed off saying that’s the right pizza. Will probably never go here again. This is just ridiculous.

Extremely p/o as I placed an online order for delivery. The order stated they were preparing it and also stated the time it would arrive. 3 minutes before arrival I received a text stating it was cancelled! I called the number and she had NO REASON as to why! She then stated they may be too busy and cancelled the order.Then she proceeds to tell me they will credit me back in 10 business days! They didn’t offer to send the food out. Didn’t offer any type of coupon or anything. What kind of customer service let alone business runs like this?? If this is how you treat your customer’s I am surprised you are still in business at all. This is an awful epic fail on your part. My friend placed an order right after me and her order was not cancelled. Then they wait until it should be delivering before notifying me. Smfh

Somehow I got the 4 that I ordered after 45 minutes (definitely not fresh). The crazy bread was fresh, so I had high hopes, but it was pasty and barely had butter or parmesan. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have walked. They rarely checked in front of people and didn’t even try to do anything right or explain it. They kept giving food to people on the way before we were waiting. A guy who worked had long hair everywhere and was wiping his hands in his pants. Another guy (although he was the most attentive) wore a tank top and slipped. The girl (she said she was the manager’s assistant) was wearing jeans with holes and barely came to the surface. The pizza was only cooked on top, raw cold dough in the inside. Have not been back and will never go again, to ANY Little Caesar’s, in fact, it’s tainted eats mg at any pizza place in Beloit. Rather have a frozen pizza. We drove an hour home (in Illinois) to have great pizza.

Worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to. I’ve usually gotten delivered from here and they never make the pizza correctly so don’t bother with custom. Tried going in this time around and hoping it would be different it was worse. First off the place was dingy and disgusting with flies everywhere. There was a crackhead in the corner tweaking balls the whole time. They didn’t even have my pizza started despite showing up 3 mins past when it was supposed to be done. They were just up front chatting it up with a crack head while his hands were down his pants. To make matters worse I decided to wait. Boy was I stupid to do that because the crack head was jumping around all over the store and they took 30mins to make the pizza. To top it off the pizza was made wrong. When I told them what was missing they said oh we were out of that and sorry I forgot that one tee hee. The store was not even busy I was the only one there waiting for an order. Lost a whole hour of my life got a refund and no pizza. Garbage location.

We’ve been lucky that the food is always good. But wow they go through staff like crazy. They are always short staffed. It always takes forever even if you order ahead. Place always looks dirty, disorganized and the ceiling is missing tiles. Idk how they stay open honestly. We ordered ahead and still waited for 45 mins. They hadn’t even started our order and has to ask me multiple times what my order was. Multiple other customers were inside complaining and coming in complaining because they stopped answering the drive thru.

This little Caesars has gone down hill. They are perpetually understaffed, and undertrained. I stopped coming here over 6 months ago, and decided to try it again to see if there were any improvements. There weren’t. I saw several customers walk in to order, and not be greeted for the entire time I was waiting for my online order.

Food was good and hot, but ordered online and picked the drive thru for the pick up option after I got the email saying it was ready pulled up to get the food and sat waiting at the drive thru ended up having to call the store since no one was at the window. Order was done at 8:41pm was asked to go inside to pick up after I called and was told that when I went inside the drive thru closes at 8:30pm since the store closes at 9:00pm not sure why online would allow you to pick drive thru if it won’t be open when the order is supposed to be done.

I’ve had several issues with this place. The first time, I came at 730pm and they closed at 9. But when I got there, they yelled at us and said they were closed. The next time, I order my pizzas online at 7:10pm I waited over an hour to get my pizza. To top it all off, the girl that was working, was very rude. She was swearing up and down, had this attitude towards everyone. We all heard her yelling from the back while we were in the lobby.
