I drove up to drive through window waited much too long only to be told I needed to come inside. So I called it in I was told 15 minutes 40 minutes later I had my son’s pizza. Only 1 person on staff. He served everyone but me but I tipped him anyway. Gotta be tough I guess they liked it well enough

Bought 15 pizzas online at 11am for pickup 15 minutes before close – pizzas were ready at almost the exact requested minute not too early or too late – they had automatically applied the coupon which was causing errors on the ap without me needing to ask – competence in employees does numbers and shows both in quality and reliability at this location unlike the remaining Janesville location which is almost unusable! Tipped both the workers 20 dollars for their trouble and my 3rd shift co-workers really enjoyed their pizza party

My fresh and hot pick up order was definitely pizza leftover from the late morning, it was barely warm and very dried out!! There was also a woman in there cussing up a storm about another person that did not work there. I felt very bad for the worker stuck at the counter having to be that persons therapist!! Not going back anytime soon!

I’m not even one to leave bad reviews especially cus I love little Caesars but tonight was horrible in every aspect. First I called to place my order and got told very rudely “yea can you call back in 2 mins I’m doing the register” I called back 5 mins later and the person I talked to had 0 customer service skills. When I said the pizza I wanted he rudely said ” we don’t have that , that’s pizza hut but we got this” okay so you obviously knew what I was talking about , why sound so rude? Then I asked for onions on my pizza and was told “nah we don’t have onions today” so I drive across town and pull up to the window and sit there for 10 mins with no help so I called and finally someone came to the window. Got my food and went home. I ordered 2 marinaras and only got one that had maybe 1 spoon full in it. Not even half way full ♀️ extremely annoyed overall as I normally love little caesars

Front desk woman said she was the new manager in some conversation she was very charismatic and polite. Pizza looked excellent tasted good and they weren’t skimpy on the ingredients. I think from previous reviews everyone said they had some bad experiences but at least for me 1:00 on a Saturday was excellent.

Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes going on an hour to pickup my order. When I finally got my food it’s FREEZING cold. It’s not even like it’s a busy day, it’s a random Tuesday and I just sat here for 45 minutes for cold old food. Just fantastic.

I’d rather eat out of a dumpster then come here again, the first time I came here the employee walked out to “go on a walk” as I was told and deleted every order, so I paid for a pizza and didn’t even get it. I just went tonight and I want you to tell me if this is acceptable food, pizza was BARELY cooked, all you can taste was red sauce, the crazy bread was cold and not cooked and the box was in horrible condition. not to mention no one was in uniform or professional. I was 20 minutes past pickup time to get my food and it wasn’t even started. so please tell me Little Ceasers is this the correct way to run a restaurant?

I completed an order on the app for drive thru pick up. My kid went to window only to see it was blocked off. I called the store and was told there was a sign (no sign) stating online only. I told her I did online for drive thru and was told to go into store and was hung up on. Please do better. This is second time in a row dealing with crappy customer service and attitudes. At least put an actual sign up if your not going to use the drive thru.

Ordered ahead online tonight. Placed the order around 7. Was suppose to be ready at 730 in the drive through. Waited 20 minutes while they serviced one customer in the line. Decided to just go in and get it. They hadn’t even started it and blamed it on a big order. They kept asking what we ordered over and over. They checked someone else’s order that they had already handed to them to see if it was ours. Finally made the pizza and bread sticks after our order being 45 minutes late and it was wrong. The cheese sticks have pizza sauce on them and no seasoning and were cut into huge pieces. The pizza was suppose to be a pretzel crust but they gave us a normal crust with salt. Went back in and complained and was brushed off saying that’s the right pizza. Will probably never go here again. This is just ridiculous.
