Food is always decent but the customer service sucks!! Waited 10 min for my order to be taken before I pkaced it online while in line because the work gossip was more important to the worker ♀️mind you NO ONE greeted me even after watching me walk in ! I literally watched her cut 2 pizzas and she can CLEARLY see ME watch her, she looked at me and proceeded to gossip with the male manager if that’s what you want to call him and another employee. She FINALLY comes to take my order and I let her know I placed it on the app seeing as she was too busy in the back talking to do her job ♀️ ♀️ definitely NEED BETTER TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ♀️

I keep trying to give this location a chance because I genuinely like Little Caesar’s for the price & what it is but I’m done ordering from here. The time they tell you is almost always wrong whether it’s from under staffing or “well we weren’t taking online orders.” Okay but you took the money for it. They advertise having specialties like the pretzel crust then it shows up as a regular crust with salt on it. Every time. We had gotten the pretzel crust a couple years back so I know they’ve had it & it exists. I try to give credit like maybe they were just out of it this time but now I know they’ve just participate in false advertising. I pay more for a stuffed crust, did not receive stuffed crust just regular. My door dasher had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order, that’s time & money being taken away from her too so I had to go back & add to her tip because it’s not her fault this location sucks. The staff is almost always rude. From now on if we want fast food pizza it’s dominos or papa johns.

My husband ordered us pizzas. When he got home the pretzel crust cheese pizza we had gotten ended up being a pepperoni pizza. They also forgot to give us the dipping sauce for our breadsticks and our 2 side sauces of the garlic dipping sauce. My husband went back to this location since we live fairly close to get it fixed and he let them know the pizza was wrong and that we were missing items. He gave back the incorrect pizza and they gave him a new one… Just to find out when he got home they gave us the same exact pizza he brought in but it now had salt all over it and garlic drizzle. We also received marinara sauce that was ice cold and no side dipping sauces. Don’t charge for side sauces if you’re going to forget them. Of course after we ordered it, we came to google just to be met with similar reviews. We will not be eating here again. If I could do negative or zero stars I would.

They also need to learn that when somebody place an order 15 minutes ahead of time. And are told 15 minutes for pick up that doesn’t mean a working man on his lunch can wait another 25 minutes for the food to be ready. The kid looked completely stoned or drunk and had no regard being the face of a business.
Always hesitated to eat at Little Caesars because it’s cheap pizza but the cheesesteak crazy cups caught my eye decided to pick some up for lunch.
The store Employee couldn’t even make the order right I got dry cold hard pepperoni cups. Not cheesecake cups. When I asked for a refund, he told me he can give me a refund, but he’s gotta take my food and throw it out. When he clearly made a mistake and then he said, I can wait for more crazy cups, but I have to wait 25 minutes.
Their whole brand was built on Quick fast food. But they can’t even make an order correct.
I’m 32 years old and I’ve owned four restaurants and I’ve always made right by my customers. I would never make my customer wait 25 minutes for a four dollar order at lunch time.
I am not the type of person to write a review, but the whole experience was just trash. Little Caesars will always have its place serving people that have no idea what food is and don’t care about the customer service because they’re paying five dollars a pizza. I understand the business model, but at least make the damn food right and respect your customers when they come in.

So the employee took this burnt disaster out of the oven and thought, yep looks good to me. And THEN proceeds to only cut it in one direction leaving 4 long strips of pizza which means I had to tear it apart by hand to eat the slightly edible middle section. Clear example of employees who couldn’t care less about their job. Avoid this location.

I ordered my pizza well done, but it arrived extremely undercooked—the dough was still raw and spongy. I’m very disappointed that my simple request wasn’t followed, and I can’t understand how someone thought this was acceptable to serve. Don’t you perform quality checks before sending out pizzas? Additionally, we pay extra service fees for delivery through DoorDash. I expected better quality. I feel like with all the negative reviews and saftey concerns I should contact the Health Department. With all these reviews I see online I can only imagine what goes on behind closed door including santitation!

Every time I come here for the past 4yrs has been the same no ready hot pizzas waiting 30mins to order and a additional 20mins for my one pizza. Ignorant workers all attitude if u question the time waiting for food. Place should be closed or needs new management

Pizza was trash . my cheese pizza looked like it was sitting out for weeks ,dried up, barely any cheese or sauce not appetizing at all. Crazy bread were too soggy . What a weird experience.

I had an order for delivery twice within the span of 2 weeks and the pizzas were HORRIBLE, they were raw besides the cheese and pepperoni, there’s no sauce on the pizza what so ever. The pizza is extremely thin. This is the second time i’ve gotten a ridiculous pizza from them.

Absolutely horrible. My deep dish cheese pizza was completely raw and the fancy pepperoni pizza wasn’t anything special. They don’t even answer the phones so I can let them know they’re serving people RAW pizza.
