Food arrived and half the pizza had zero cheese, my garlic parm wings are burnt and the “sauce” was just a pile of oil. Do better. I would give zero stars if I could.

My husband put an order in on their App. Waited 45 mins for the pick up time, drove over and waited in the car for a little bit because the App hadn’t said the order was ready yet. Finally went in to check on the order and was told by a lady that they cancelled the order because they no longer had the stuffed pretzel crust. They didn’t call or send a message on the App. My husband asked if they would make the rest of the order, and the lady said “no, the order has been cancelled, bye.”

Messed up my first order online so I came back to get a new one an still couldn’t do a basic task an messed up on my remake an did whatever to my pizza never asked for extra pepperoni they just threw it on there. I’ve hit my limit today. All my child asked for was pizza for his birthday from here. I went online and placed a delivery order. They completely canceled and refunded my entire order because they ran out of crazy bread, told me to resubmit without the bread. So I did. 10 mins before order should’ve arrived, I get another cancelation from them – no reasoning, no refund, and nobody answering the phone. 3 hours of this hassle and still nothing.

What a terrible experience. 2 stars because we did eventually end up taking home pizza. However it was promised at 7:15 to 721 as our window and at 7:55 we were still waiting. We ordered online in advance and checked it on the app the whole time and it didn’t even get put into the oven until after the initially assigned pick up time, and when we arrived, it never made it into the take away code thing, and I had to stand in line and talk to somebody who then scurried to the back of the kitchen and started just whipping around in pizza boxes to find the right kinds of pizza to match what we had ordered. while the staff was mostly kind. They were clearly disorganized, and the quality of the food was not good even for a little Caesars. I posted pictures and you can see that one of the pizzas was definitely more crust than pizza and I worry that the pizzas we left with maybe actually were aligned with somebody else’s order or somebody else had to wait even longer than we did based on what I saw happening in the back of the kitchen where they were just opening boxes looking for the types of pizzas that I said I needed.

Ordered for pick-up on the way home from work. I arrived a few minutes early so waited until the order tracker said they was ready. Once ready it stated I had to pick ot up at the counter (instead of the pizza portal with the previously provided code). A bit of a wait as the 4-5 employees visibly standing around in the back did not come to the counter. It was only a few minutes for one to ask my name, go to to pizza portal, grab my pizzas that were in the portal for quick pick-up and hand them to me. If only they had been fully cooked, they would have been great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They will not answer the phones for an order they messed up. THEY DO NOT CARE!! Ordered one cheese and one pepporoni. Got a sausage and pepperoni. Extremely disappointed. All I wanted was my proper order and they cant even do that or answer their phones. On the phone for an hour before I gave up. No lunch for me, I guess.
