Bought 3 pizzas all 3 were incorrect – I tried to call the store to exchange. Started off with an Automated person then prompted to talk to someone at the store-nobody answered the phone. I literally stayed on hold for 20 minutes thinking they were really busy. Called again a little later the same thing! I want some sort of refund OR credit for my wrong pizzas.What other number is there besides store& Customer Support??

Place an order yesterday of pepperoni pizza puffs 2 orders of bread sticks and 3 pizzas. A supreme, a meat lovers and the 1 i was most excited for the pretzel crust. Flint to pick up the order, and I literally had to ask for every single item, because they initially only brought up two pizzas. After we got everything we got home, I opened up the pizzas to discover My pretzel crust pizza was just a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The “supreme” we got was just pepperoni and mushrooms. The meat lovers was, as it should have been. Then I open up the pizza puffs.And these are biggest joke I have ever seen. One of them was so thin it could only fit one pepperoni. After we discovered everything, we tried to call the store multiple times and they would answer and hang up immediately. I wasn’t even calling to complain i know it was getting close to closing, but I was just wanting to see if I can get a partial refund or something. Definitely, will be learning my lesson from going to this one

Wish I could give zero or minus negative stars. They gave me three whole pizzas that are raw and i paid for that so literally got robbed because they did not do nothing about it and were very rude. I just saw there is many bad reviews so it is probably the worst place to get pizza from.

They don’t seem to make the online orders until you show up and ask where it is. They definitely don’t use the ‘Pizza Portal’ let alone warming ovens. They just set the pizzas on the counter to cool. Why?

I went there today, and the service lady gave me uncooked bread! This is horrible for our health and whoever was working at the register was incredibly rude and did not help me with any of my problems when I asked. First of all, when I asked her about my wrong order, she completely lied and said I was the one who ordered wrong. Secondly, when they finally fixed my order they served me raw bread!! The staff did not care at all. Do not go to this place.

It was so refreshing and nostalgic to walk into a Little Caesars to get hot and ready pizzas. Recently moved to MKE and tried this location near me to find the staff was very polite and the food was actually hot and ready. For the first time in years I was in and out in less than 5 mins.

Legit worse one in Wisconsin. Given them multiple trie. They do not wash their pans. Crust has more black spots than anything else. Also don’t even waste time ordering online. You won’t get fresh pizza just wherever been sitting all day. Genuinely mean this don’t go. Place needs to be shut down and all new staff hired

This place should be shut down until they can properly train their staff. The manager said her name was Taheen was ridiculously rude. I ordered a pizza with 2 toppings pineapple and onions extra toppings ×2….I know most ppl won’t understand my combination….I like what I like and should get what I pay for.
I only received onions not noticing immediately (my mistake the manager told me) I took one bite out a slice and realized hey where’s that pineapple??? Looked closer no pineapple. Went back to store and brought the pizza the whole pizza with 1 bite again just 1 bite missing and showed the manager the receipt and explained kindly hey I paid for double pineapple and onions it’s only onions can you please remake this? She looks at me looks at the pizza and says ” YOU SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THERE WAS NO PINEAPPLE AND SINCE YOU TOOK A BITE OUT OF THE PIZZA I WILL NOT REMAKE IT THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO I WILL NOT REFUND YOU NOR REMAKE” no bs that’s what she said I literally got robbed by Little Cesar’s I paid for something I didn’t even get. Don’t think they know how service works. All hanging in the back talking and laughing while 12+ have been waiting for over 20 minutes with nobody coming out.
Update someone walked out and said it would be an hour and a half wait. I haven’t waited that long at any restaurant ever. I order on the app and can’t cancel it. Guess I’ll just live here.
