This was terrible. The wings were undercooked and honestly could’ve made someone sick. I eat Little Caesars all the time and have never had an experience this bad. The pizza wasn’t even cut , like they didn’t try at all or the cutter was completely dull. No effort, no care. The entire order was a waste of money. Won’t be coming back to this location and I advise others the same.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a pizza and crazy bread from Little Caesars, and both were completely raw. The dough was still pale and sticky in the middle — clearly undercooked and unsafe to eat. I went back to the store expecting at least a refund or a remake, but the staff refused to do either. No apology, no accountability, just attitude.
How can a pizza place serve raw food and not take responsibility for it? This was not just a minor issue — it was inedible and could’ve made someone sick. I’ve never had such a poor experience at a restaurant. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others too.

This 5 star review may seem inflated, but I don’t get how this location has .2 less stars than the TERRIBLE Holt location in Bay View.
Every time I order from this place, my order is ready in the time specified and is in the pizza portal locker with the correct items. Every time. Meanwhile, the supposedly higher rated Holt location not only undercooks and gets the order wrong, you will never be able to confirm whether or not your pizza will be ready until you step into the lobby and the workers there feel like filling your order.
All complaints about this location seem minor so I want to give them a shout out for being good enough to make me drive 10+ minutes further from my closer location because they actually do their job!

Ordered the pretzel crust pizza yesterday and got a regular pizza instead, no pretzel crust in sight. If they can’t make it or don’t want to make it, I’d rather they just cancel my order. When I went in to pick up my food, I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to pick up my 2 liter of MTN Dew, and they didn’t have any cold in the cooler, so I tried to stop an an employee and ask for help but they basically refused to help me. The food was still good, but I’d like to get a refund for the pizza not having the pretzel crust, but I highly doubt I’ll get one.

Ordered online a customized stuffed crust with half pepperoni and the other half pineapple with green peppers. They forgot the green peppers and put everything on one side. I don’t know what’s been going on with this location lately but they have not been doing their job correctly at all.

Food was not as pictured, nor as ordered. I was ridiculed for not seeing that, as the two employees offered, it WAS what I ordered – but “we can remake it for you”. Yeah, probably wrong again but this time with added contaminants.
Just a slightly darker normal pizza crust with coarse salt does not make it pretzel crust. Perhaps this what the minimum standard is now.
The Italian cheese bread was lesser visual quality than usual, and did not taste as great as it normally has – too much dough/bread/crust, not enough cheese, and cooked unevenly. Seems rushed.
I was a fan of the pretzel crust/cheese sauce pizza when they first added it to the menu. I really enjoyed the stuffed pretzel crust with cheese sauce pizza, and have ordered several when Little Caesars sells it. However, this is the third in a row (from 3 separate stores) to use a regular crust and call it pretzel crust.
I am totally done – especially after the attitude they give when I have a legitimate question on the food I ordered/paid for. “You’re being rude” – no, ma’am, I ordered one thing and got another. If you can’t perform, go home.
Not professional. Not worthy of my business. Too many substandard meals.

I’ve had plenty of deep dish pizzas made as the perfect rectangle and not burnt crust. To get this was a complete disappointment. I ordered on the app, got dressed, drove 15 minutes and my pizza wasn’t ready. Sat listening to staff laughing and goofing off. Then get my pizzas and I get home and open up to this. Instantly ruined my night.

For about the past year they can not keep staff. They do not use the pizza portal. They never have anything ready. I’ll order ahead online and know not to go pick it up on time or else I’m waiting up to 45 minutes for my food. Half of it will be cold because they don’t use any of the warming units. The last 3 times I have gone I have gotten told they were out of sauce and when I ask for my money back for it they say they can’t do it because it was an online order. I went a few weeks back waited over an hour (didn’t want to leave without food and still get charged) and the lady barely spoke English, and when I asked for sauce she said no no no, the next customer behind me asked for sauce and got it. I turned around and asked so can I have my sauce or my $5 back for the sauce she said oh no no, no speak English, slammed her hands down and walked away. Just seen a post on Facebook that they have bugs now. (Not sure if thats true for the specific location) but I seen a video of bugs everywhere on the counters and under the register. It wouldn’t surprise me unfortunately. Too bad that this location has gotten so so bad that I will now start going out of my way and have to spend more somewhere else to get some pizza. The food in the warmers behind the counter (in photos) is all waste. The warmers aren’t on. As you can see the done pizza being piled on the back counter.

Walked in to this location and placed an order for 2 stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas, 2 hot and ready pizzas 1 cheese 1 sausage, and an order of wings and was told about a 15 minutes wait. The pizza maker forgot about the stuffed crust pizzas and when asked if they were ready he started to refuse to make them. I paid for my order at 6:26 pm and did receive my order until 7:04 pm. Then when I asked for the owners name and number I was told I couldn’t have it because I still received my food and there was nothing they would do about it. Very unacceptable service and attitude. They deserve zero stars but it won’t let me do that.

Who cares what people say, Little Caesars is good. As for this particular location, no notes, par for the course, they’re all basically like this and that’s what I’m looking for in a well-priced domestic pizza experience.
