This place has messed up or taken FOREVER on the last 3 orders we’ve had. The first two, whatever it’s fine we can wait but it’s crazy we’re waiting 20 minutes after ordering 10 minutes ahead. It wasn’t busy both of those times too. This time I ordered a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza with pizza sauce. It was COVERED in salt, so much it was just sitting in a pile in the box! It was inedible! It was also drenched in butter or grease? Some mystery yellow liquid. There’s always someone yelling at people in the back. There’s a regular that comes in talking about not feeling bad if another 9/11 happens and that not believing in god causes cancer. It’s just not a good place to go unless you want to be disappointed by crap instead of the mid pizza you ordered. We’ll probably just get Domino’s next time. (The bite was to test if it was edible AFTER brushing off MOST of the salt. There was even more on it. Also notice the pizza party sized sliver of a slice next to it.)

My friend and I went in and ordered a pretzel crust pizza and SPECIFICALLY said we wanted cheese sauce instead of pizza. Literally said it twice and still got it wrong. Almost no cheese on the pizza either.
At least the crazy bread is decent.
I worked pizza for 4 yrs it is not that hard to get it right. Even if you are getting people coming in to pick up.
I’ve made more complicated pizzas than this place even offers. It really isn’t hard to get one topping and sauce right. Cmon now.

We order from here at least once or twice a month. I absolutely love the stuffed pretzel crust pizza. It’s my kryptonite! But it really sucks every time i order it it’s drastically different every single time. There is no consistency in the quality of pizza you’re getting from here. Either they get the crust completely wrong and gorget to “pretzelize” it, or they barely have any cheese sauce on it. Or mess it up and put pizza sauce on it. Each time it’s usually at least edible. But this time sucked. They messed the crust up so the salt didn’t stick to it and then proceeded to just pretzel salt the entire thing… It was so salty and rendered the pizza completely inedible..super unfortunate….i get people may not care about their jobs but please whoever the manager is, start doing quality control checks on these pizzas. I’m spending money here and deserve to at least get an edible pizza… Pictures should show the piles of salt dumped into this pizza

This little Caesar’s used to be a decent establishment, but since changing managers and staff, the place has become awful. The staff is abrasive, the food quality has become terrible, they get orders wrong more often than right, and frequently won’t answer the phone. My wife and I used to get food a couple times each week, but I now refuse to order here anymore just because the hassle isn’t worth it anymore.

Didn’t get greeted even though I said hello.. got stared at as I was looking at the menu. Lady walks away and goes to the back. Comes back to the front with a box, I ask if she was going to take my order.. seeing as though nothing was said to me.. her reply was “I was waiting on you that’s why I went to the back”

Extramoastbestest hot and ready are not hot and ready here…. they make them to order but you have to wait. Staff was nice but kitchen was really dirty. Floor grimey and girl working had super dirty white high top tennis shoes on….whole sides were brown. Customers can see right in to the kitchen and its not good.

My daughter just brought home pizza that has no sauce on it. Didn’t get the right order. I want a refund for this. It’s terrible. One of the girls working there had tissue stuffed up her nose like she may have been sick.

The food was alright but service sucked and they messed up my order. I ordered a cheese pizza but got a pepperoni (not cool because I’m a vegetarian). Also forgot my cheese sauce. The cashier had a terrible attitude and I didn’t like the way he was talking to another staff.

I had order 6 pizzas for my company Christmas party and they only gave me five pizzas. When I notice it I called and the worker was very rude, hanging up the phone on me and when I called back she said I didn’t hang up on you want do you want and then I explain to her I was missing a pizza she was sound very irritated by it and said pick up then and hung up on me again
