This was my first visit to Little Caesars in many many years and I chose Grafton for my destination. I was so impressed by not only the food being amazing but the two guys that were working there where’s super nice and the drive-thru was so convenient and the food came out so fast that was like a perfect experience

My first time ordering here the food was great, even the second time around. My third and fourth visit was HORRIBLE! My crazy bread was disgusting with no Parmesan cheese on it and undercooked! The fourth visit my pizza was doughy and way undercooked and I threw it directly into the trash! The crazy bread that time I’m not understanding what happened to it but it looked disgusting as well like they drug it across the floor and stepped on it and then served it to me! This happened early 2024 but I do not care that it’s January 06, 2024 9:39am it’s still important to leave this review because I want customers to know beforehand what to expect if they go against the grain and get food from this place if that’s even what you want to call it! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You’d do a whole lot better making homemade pizzas and crazy bread. If you trust this place handling your food then you should trust yourself even more to make your own food at home!

I honestly have been very patient and gave this employee so many chances before making this review. His incompetence is remarkable. His unprofessional behavior and poor customer service has been the same since 2025. He has a smart mouth and doesn’t like to listen to the customers, ignoring them and/or not believing what they’re saying. I’m sick of seeing him when I come in. He never seems to comprehend what I’m saying and then gets smart with me. I hope this isn’t a manager. Older man, grey hair, chubby, pm shift with black glasses.

We hadn’t had Little Caesars in quite some time so we drove 18 minutes away to get pizza. There were other options closer but this is what we wanted. The stuffed crust pepporoni pizza was so greasy that it was sitting in a puddle in the box and had soaked through. Thank goodness for seat covers… We ate the pizza and it tasted okay. Just worried about what it will do to our stomachs…just a warning. Maybe we’ll stick to the regular pizza in the future but probably not anytime soon…

Tried it again after not going here in awhile and forgot how horrible it was. But they reminded me by giving me no cheese and what was either burnt top of pizza or really old. It was disgusting and I feel bad for everyone at my son’s bday party. 1 of the 6 pizzas bought got ate and there was 27 guests even the kids had a laugh at it and avoided it

Exceptional customer service! Luis, the manager, was very detail oriented and helpful. I called a week ahead of time to place a large order for a school function. Luis called me the day prior to order pick up to confirm my order. Day of pick up, food was hot and ready on time. Even though it was a large order, all pizzas made with consistent quality. Thanks, Luis!!

The staff is friendly, fast, and accommodating, the food is as you would expect from a fast food pizza chain. Truly, it is the staff experience that makes this location stand out, and paying tents dollars for a ready made pizza makes it worth it
