Horrible experience. The person on drive thru was rude and all I could hear were people laughing in the back ground. Also two of the workers were by the dumpsters smoking what I assume was marijuana by the smell.

The three young men working this evening were great. My 7 year old insisted on pepperoni even though it wasn’t ready so we waited for a pepperoni hot and ready. It was only about a 5 minute wait. My son got free cookies while he waited and lots of laughs as the workers kept us entertained. Very nice and funny gentleman and I’ll be happy to come back. Thanks for the laughs guys!

Had thee absolute worst experience I have ever had at ANY food establishment. My visit was approx 2 weeks ago but I chose to wait to post my review to be sure I was not acting hateful or crude. After ordering and listening back to be sure my order was taken correctly, I drove to the drive up window expecting it to be a pretty quick encounter. I chose not to take a receipt but then when she attempted to hand our order to me, I noticed it was short, so I told her it was missing an order of crazy bread. The employee stared at me like she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. So I then just asked for the receipt. She then laid my items across the counter and began banging things around the register area (mouse, different cords, phone). After my order sitting there at the drive thru window counter top for about 4 min with her increasingly being aggravated, I knocked on the window and told her just forget it. The receipt is not important I just want to leave. Again, she just ignored me and started tossing stuff around. At that point, my anger had grown and I blatantly told her give me my order, I was not waiting any longer. She then THREW my bag out of the drive thru window into/towards my open car door and slammed the window shut. My husband at that point went into the store, wanting her name but was not pleasantly greeted by the same employee yelling “OH MY GOD REALLY” and refusing to give her name. If that is the kind of employees Lil Caesars chooses to have, its a wonder they stayed in business this long. All I can say is do better and that girls parents most definitely need to take a refresher course at teaching respect and mannerism.

Always quick, with their ” Hot & Ready ” pick up and go Pizzas. And even if you have a pie made fresh, your wait is less than 15 mins, that I’ve experienced. And very reasonably priced for the quality.
