You can’t expect much for the price but 90% of the time my orders are messed up. Bread sticks are hit and miss. Usually chewy and seem old. If you call or go in the store to bring it to their attention they are horribly rude. Won’t be long and they will be closed at this rate.

Let’s say if I could give less I would.. ordered 3 pizzas 2 crazy breads and the order was over 50 bucks when we arrived home the pizzas were undercooked and beyond greasy. We had to bake the pizzas the rest of the way in order to make them edible. My wife called and spoke with the manager who said “sure we will refund you your money the regional manager will get ahold of you tomorrow..” it’s three days later now and still no call.. Stay far far away from this place they are inept and over priced just down the road to a a dominos and Pizza Hut they both make a better pizza for the same price.

Love Little Caesars stuffed crust pizzas!! I went there today to order two of them and the sign said $9 but when I got my receipt it’s at $9.99 plus the additional toppings of course. When I asked the guy behind the counter about it he said it was because my pizzas were custom they were $9.99 if I would have had just the pepperoni stuffed crust it would have been just $9. hard to believe that they charge $0.99 because I made a custom Pizza isn’t that why you pay a $1.50 each for the extra toppings… So a little confused by that but other than that.. Pizza is Delicious!!

Worst pizza place ever, rude service, terrible pizza and you cannot even go inside. I did an online order and pretzel crust was one of my pizzas. I did not get it and called but they want me to bring back pizza to get the pretzel crust. To find out they don’t even have the stuff for it. When Little Ceasars advertises that they have “Hot and Ready,” lets just say that doesn’t apply to this place. Most of the employees are lazy and rude. When they do happen to have a Hot and Ready pizza available, it looks and tastes like it has been sitting under a heat lamp for about a week. Wait times are usually 25 minutes even when there are no customers!

Absolutely ridiculous that the doors are locked by 8:00 p.m. on a Thursday. It took 20 minutes for the person in front of us just to receive two sodas and then they still pulled around to the front of the building because apparently their stuff wasn’t ready.
This is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and you have no option but the window.
And they didn’t even cut the pizza, not at all.

I attempted, multiple times to call my order ahead, paying cash, with no answer. I live 10 minutes away, give or take, so I wanted to order ahead to avoid a… 20 minutes wait. I get there, and attempt to order a pepperoni and cheese (in the crust) stuff crust and the cashier is oblivious on how to ring it up, same price as the original stuffed mind you. Now while ordering, I call, phone is definitely working. I tried twice and could hear it through the drive thru window.. Not the first bad experience, and it’s not very welcoming, quality of food makes no difference.. I waited 20 minutes, but it reminds me why I stopped going here.
