I stopped in to this Little Caesars on Wednesday 2-11-26 I was the only person there at around 310pm or so ,I ordered pepperoni breadsticks ,a large ham/ pineapple pizza ,and an order of crazy bread ,afterwards about 4 to 5 more people came in to order ,and after waiting almost 25 min ,every single one of these people got there orders before me ,and it wasnt hot and ready orders! He said we are waiting on your breadsticks which upon getting home were not pepperoni breadsticks but simply cheese breadsticks ! And to think that i tipped on top of my order! I will not tip another employee asking for tips at checkout through the order transaction again ,until AFTER that order is complete and correct .Really disappointing how the lack of awareness and service in the hospality industry has gotten and yet everyone of them keeps asking for tips!

I ordered a large (cause that’s all you can get in “thin” crust) with jalapenos, pineapple & ham and 8 hot wings (cause that’s the smallest order you can get). I waited too long for more food than I wanted as others were waited on. When I got it home, by my car, (across the street), the pizza was temped (not near hot). Wings had black marks (but not hot or crispy). In all, $24. I wanted to try their new thin crust. Many pieces only had ham, some had too many jalapenos and others none at all. Ingredients were not distributed evenly – not even close. Bottom line – the pizza and wings were bad. One and done Mickey!

After failing to eat any type of meal all day, we settled for some fast, cheap, and easy pizza. Little Caesars is by no means the best pizza out there, but they are the best at having a consistent pizza ready to pick up with no prior notice. We were able to walk in, snag our pizza, crazy bread, and cheesy bread and walk out in less than 5 minutes. This is all without ever having to place an order online or over the phone.
The store was clean, folks were wearing a mask, and we were some happy campers.

The amount and distribution of toppings shows a lack of care and attention that only Congress can understand and relate to.
While it tasted fine, why can’t the toppings be evenly spread out? Why can’t there be a little bit more given the price increases over the last few year?
Perhaps it’s always been this rough and I didn’t notice because they /were/ the ‘cheap’ pizza choice.
Service was fine. Entered 3 numbers into a machine and a door opened…

We landed at the Airport and asked Google for the nearest Little Caesars before heading to Gaylord since ours had been taken out in the 2022 tornado. The lady that waited on us was super nice. The pizza was VERY hot and tasty. Our Pepsi was nice and cold.
It was busy when we arrived and stayed steady the entire time we ate-in there. The line flowed with no hitches. Everyone was pleasant as they stood in line. We waited 12 minutes for our pretzel pizza to bake. That time flew by.
The bathroom is past the drink cooler and down the hall. It was clean.
