Bought this pizza, 15min later after driving through a winter storm came home to open this burnt paper thin pizza. Asked for a full refund and Manager didn’t know what they were talking about and need more training. Was told they need to see the pizza in person to get any sort of refund. Would not recommend this place. This is not the first time something like this has happened from the same establishment!!

I haven’t had crazy bread for years and was just craving some. I was completely ignored by 4 employees when I walked in. I ordered two crazy bread They were inedible. So hard and stale tasting/feeling. I get it’s hot n ready so they do sit for little bit. But they were burnt to begin with. $10 down the drain and screen asks for a tip

Very, very disappointed
First you missed putting breadsticks in our DoorSash order, then the cheese pizza had a green hue to it. I arranged this pizza delivery as a going away party for my granddaughter who is leaving all of her friends in her school

Pizza is always soft and barely cooked. This has happened on many occasions. Make sure you ask for “well done”. Their pizza tastes much better when it’s fully cooked. Their other items are cooked as expected.

Worst pizza and experience I’ve ever had from Little Caesars. The deep dish veggie only had sauce, cheese, and toppings on about half of the pizza. I got there a couple minutes before the stated time, and the guy said it would be about 5 min. 10 min later I asked again and he said it was almost ready. Then he brought it out and put it in the pizza portal even though I was standing right in front of him. I will never go to this location again!

We stopped in on Veterans Day to enjoy the freebie. We loved the smiles and positive energy from all the workers. Our lunch pizza was delicious!!! Thank you Little Ceasars and your staff!! Everything was clean and orderly.

This rating in based on other little ceasers I’ve been too. The person on the phone was a little shot and seemed moody. But the gentleman that was running the checkout counter very much made up for that. He was outstanding and friendly! The pizza was also one of the better ones I’ve had!

I ordered a stuffed crust pretzel crust with pizza sauce, but what I got was a regular pepperoni pizza with pretzel salt sprinkled on top. No stuffed crust/no pretzel crust. First time trying Little Caesars in years and now I remember why I avoid it! Still in the process of getting a refund, but will gladly ask my bank for a charge back if they try any (more) funny business.

Those poor employees were working so hard while the manager with the Christmas tree earrings sat on the floor with her rude attitude and was just feeding money into the safe with a store full of customers I asked where the a and w root beer was and she rudely sighed and said we don’t have it pick something else she has awful customer service and was talking down to employees in front of customers not a good experience at all
