I placed an order online to quickly pick up a pizza and take it home with me. The ordering process went smoothly. The pizza was actually ready before the time given. I stopped in to pick it up. I have to say that I was put off by my first online order pick-up process involving the warmer. I hurried in to get the order and was asked for a pick-up code. I informed the cashier (who was very nice) that I didn’t have a code. She informed me that it would have been emailed to me. I didn’t have my cell on me, so I had to run back out to the car to get it, get on my email, and get the code. Once I had the code, the cashier directed me on how to look up which warmer spot that my pizza was in and how to enter the code to open the warmer to get my pizza. It was not a hard process, however, I’m not sure why the cashier(s) can’t automatically open up the warmer and get the pizza out for the customer. The pizza seemed to be a bit skimpy on the toppings on some of the slices. Other slices were okay. The pizza definitely did not have the extra cheese on it that I had ordered. The pizza was over cooked. Although, not very happy with the pizza itself or my first pick-up with the warmer process, I will order again since the cashier was so friendly and the fact that I have enjoyed Little Caesars’ pizzas in the past. So, maybe it was just a bad pizza making day.

Ordered pizza last night, and they messed up my order again. Seems like they can never get it right. I always ask for only extra cheese on my pretzel stuffed crust, no pepperoni, and it always comes with pepperoni and barely any cheese. I won’t be ordering at this location anymore because it seems they don’t value me as a customer. I may have been understanding if they were busy, but they weren’t. I’m very disappointed because I really enjoy their stuffed crust.

I need to order from this store more often. I ordered delivery and when I opened the pizza box my son and I both said, “Ooooooooohhh!!!” Detroit deep dish with double pepperoni extra sauce and cheese well done. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Hot, gooey, absolutely delicious. Did I mention it arrived that way through delivery? Kudos to the workers (and the delivery driver). Thank you for the perfect pizza night.

Employees that I encountered, absolutely amazing. We have used this location for pizza a few times and for a birthday party once. It has always a good experience. Tonight it was a little disappointing that you pay around $3.00 for an extra topping (mushrooms) and you get a small amount that looks dropped in the center. Keep up the good work but also let’s do better.

I’m sorry but this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Maybe it was the staff or the ingredients not sure what but the pie had no body the cheese strange. The mushrooms were just tossed on and not evenly spread with care.
I know you folks can do better. I think the staff may need more training and make the pies looks appetizing.
I’m not after free stuff I’m letting you know some careful review of procedures are warranted.

Good to have this quick pizza in town. We really appreciate it on nights that are just too busy to cook. Good for cheep fast pizza too. The thin crust 3 meat is amazing and crazy bread is as classic as ever.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location on my app n and the guy there went above n beyond to take the time to show me the steps for a refund at a different location! The pizza was hot n amazing! Very very awesome staff!!! I would rate this location 10 stars if I could. I think the guys name was John or something lol idk I can’t remember but he was really great♡ very helpful, I’d definitely recommend n I’ll definitely go back ♡

Always good service and the product is 95% consistent. The puffs don’t always come with sauce. With sauce is significantly better in my opinion but I keep forgetting to ask staff which way it is supposed to be.

My advice is to take the time to go online or to the app & order ahead. The best thing about their pizza is it’s cheap & easy to feed a family or crowd.
I ordered online. The order was ready when they said it would be, and everything was hot & fresh. I don’t personally find anything all that great about the taste, but my grandkids love their pizza. The cookie dough brownies were very good, for a prepackaged brownie. I suggest warming them & add some ice cream.
Good reasonably priced option if you need to feed a bunch, or just want to grab something quickly on your way home. The kids will be happy!
