Waited 40 mins in the drive thru, got to the window and waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Tried to purchase 2 hot n readys before the lady told me it would be a 30 minute wait. A man in the background then said it would be an hour wait. They stood there not assisting any customers and being rude with them when they decided to tend to them. Drove across town to Henry St, and got phenomenal service even with an angry customer causing a scene. Save your time and go to any little ceasers thats not the Apple location.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru finally got to the window and ordered and paid for two hot and readys they told me to pull around and they would bring it out to me waited another 15 mins in the parking lot then I had to go in and had to wait 10 more minutes before anybody asked if I’ve been helped then they told me it was just going in the oven that was another 15 minutes I finally got the pizzas just to get home and they aren’t even cooked all the way! I had to put them in the oven and finish cooking them!!! Worst experience I have ever had at a pizza place!!!! I will definitely not be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone! This is not the first time, but it will be the last! Luckily I had time today because they never even said it would be a wait!!

I usually go here during the day and never have any problems but I ordered food on the app to be picked up in the drive thru the app let me know my food was ready so I drove up to the window. The gentleman opened the window and looked frustrated that I was at the window asked what he could do for me and I told him the name for my order I was picking up he walked away and I sat there for 2 minutes and then another gentleman walked up and asked if I was helped I again tell him the order I am picking up and then he walks away a few seconds later the First Gentleman walked back and finally told me that he was still waiting for my pizza to come out of the oven so it would be fresh when he gave it to me. Once I finally got my pizza I left to go home. Once I got home I seen my pizza was terribly cut it was not cooked all the way through it was cold and my breadsticks were not cooked all the way either.

I don’t usually like to post bad reviews but this disgusted me. I just wanted a crazy bread with extra parmesan, and didn’t mind waiting for it. I got home and opened the bag to a pool of butter that all of the breadsticks were drowning in. And to top it all off there wasn’t even extra parmesan on them either, it was like the person opened the bag and dumped half a container of butter in there. Highly dissatisfied, will never go again.

The bread sticks never have cheese, and I got this garbage pizza today with half the cheese missing. They also never have much in stock in the warming trays.

I feel like they will dial it in. They always have pizza ready when I stop which is key to keeping a grab and go working obviously. Pizzas consistently need more sauce (pretty dry) and toppings need to be out to the crust more. Dial those 2 things in and it’ll be a great quick stop for $6 a pizza.

Do you not check the food in your warmer? How did I just purchase 3 pizzas that are hard as brick because they should have been thrown out 2 hours before I bought them? This place is a raging dumpster fire.

We use to go to the little Caesars on Henry but I drive the distance to go to this locations as the people, service and the food are better! I will always go to this location even if it is a further drive for me to go. The staff here are wonderful and service is always with a smile.
