Under the old owners, this place was actually good. We had been regular customers for many years. The staff and service were exceptional, and the pizza was always much better than you’d expect from a chain. Now, the pizza is never right, either soaking wet (like through the box), uncut, or with the wrong toppings. It’s also more bland than it used to be. Management is rude, arguing and making sarcastic remarks when the messed up orders are brought to their attention, intentionally not giving the pizza you asked for (to prove a point), and blaming the customer for repeatedly bad pizzas. We aren’t going there anymore. It’s sad, really, how quickly a restaurant can go downhill with poor, immature management.
Instead of going here, consider visiting any other local pizza place, as it’s hard to go wrong, and Ludington has no shortage of pizza spots.

I have been a customer of the Ludington Michigan Little Caesars store for a long time but lately the quality of food coming out of there is less than desirable. It’s definitely not the quality that I’m used to and I will be forced to go back to Pizza Hut or try a new one in town. I order food online. My orders are nearly always $30 for above. I will no longer pay that kind of money for unsatisfactory food.

Good fast pizza, always hot. We pickup pizzas for the kids on our gymnastics team as a fun treat now and then. Their new pickup center where you get your own code looks cool. Didn’t use it today, but they have it ready for anyone who uses the app!

Been a busy day so i placed an order close to close on doordash and well they clearly didn’t like that because the pizza was literally dripping with what I assume is grease through the box literally fell out of my hands bringing it in the house because it was so greasy which is my fault but either way not edible even before it hit my floor. I also ordered a thing of breadsticks which was also not edible because they literally doused it in the garlic butter sauce they use to coat it usually its a light dusting but nope literally dripping out of the bag covered to the point of who the hell would eat it so now both are in the trash and I have no dinner besides the 2 liter of mountain dew i ordered which is the only thing they couldn’t ruin. I am so sorry i ordered last minute and forced you to do your job a little longer. I will not be returning clearly you have some staff that do not want to be there and do things properly. I did get my money back through doordash but this is absolutely ridiculous.

The atmosphere is super awkward because there’s no seating and staff doesn’t typically make small talk, so everyone is just kind of there? It made me really uncomfortable and I went out to the car to wait for my food. It was definitely worth it though, as their menu is always fire (fire is a Gen Z slang term that is used to describe something that is of high quality or enjoyable).

I just got crazy bread and I was very disappointed. New ownership has ruined the bread and this place.
It was nice before. I could get paper plates and Little Caesars cookies complimentary! Now, those are gone. I get it, costs are up, but they could still offer the cookies for a small fee.
Since new ownership has taken over, the once butter soaked and extra parmesan cheese days are gone. We had to wait for our crazy bread order. That was no big deal. So, when we received fresh from the store crazy bread and I about cried. You could not even tell it had bitter on top and hardly any cheese.
We deserve much more for the high cost of dough that we are getting. This place needs to step up and do better!!!
