I tipped on the nastiest pizza ive ever received. In around 9. Online says closes at 11? Wrong! This manager was so done with her long day SHE TOOK A HOT AND READY ADDED SOME PEPPERONIS AND DOUBLE COOKED THIS PIZZA. It was custom ordered for a reason. I even called in if she didn’t want my order she didn’t have to answer the phone. NASTY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO IN HERE PAST 6 O CLOCK. ZERO STANDARDS

My family and I frequent this particular location with some regularity. I have to say this evenings pizzas and crazy bread were the best that I have had maybe ever. I do not know how the service was because I use the “Pizza Portal” but the food was stellar. I was there on11/19/2025 at approximately 5:00pm. Thank you all working.

Very disappointing First off they totally got our order wrong when we requested it be half one side and the other they just throw all the toppings on. On top of that they forgot to include the sauces we request in which I had to go back and get them. They got to pay better attention to the order in detail in order for it to be correct.

Come in for a hot and ready awesome thank you four but they are not hot and ready. False advertisement if you ask me but what do I know. The sign says hot and ready between 4:00 p.m. And 8:00 p.m. maybe? I don’t know how to tell my time but pretty sure it says that it was 6:30 p.m.

I see other reviews complaining of “too much sauce” but I honestly would prefer that over all the pizzas we’ve gotten from here. Every single time we grab a hot and ready, the pizzas are super dry and have little to no sauce at all, it’s basically just a big breadstick with cheese and pepperoni. I’ve given this place chance after chance thinking maybe it was just a bad day or the worker on shift just wasn’t measuring right. But it’s like that with every single pizza we get from here.

Walked in and paid good money on a BURNT to a crisp pizza on 05/05/2025 four o’clock .I’ve have ordered here before and every single time item I’ve bought was BURNT still served regardless of it all being cold n expired. Horrible service, horrible management.That includes the horrible pizza they continue to serve.Im gonna tell everyone in Sparta NOT to order anything from this location.The clerks disregard all customers what a sad business that doesn’t give what customers paid for!

We usually come here every Tuesday due to kids sports. The past 4 times, the pizza was so thin! And hard. Breadstix are hard, barely seasoned and overcooked. Used to be the best little ceasars pizza. Not sure what happend but the past 4 times have been disappointing =(

Ordered online. Said to pick up at 5:42-5:47. I arrived at 6pm. Let them know I was there to pick up order. They said, just a couple minutes, it’s in the oven. So at 6:10, I asked again about my order. She then changed her story and said they just put it in the oven. So I obviously asked if I was getting a discount for how this was handled. I then got attitude from the cashier. She could not handle the situation. So she brought out her manager. The situation got worse. No apologies, no discount and not even an I’m sorry…. After meeting the manager. I now can see why this location has horrible reviews, horrible service and rude employees. There is absolutely no leadership coming from here. Avoid at all costs! Unless we see a sign that states “under new management”. Because she is the problem!!! Not The process of making pizzas in a timely fashion. It’s the person they chose to put in the leadership role. I can handle late pizza. But, like it or not. You chose customer service. And you and your staff are not cut out for it. Absolute trash!!!
