Your stereotypical little Caesars pizza. Better than the Kalamazoo ave location. On a normal business day this place does a great job.
Small tip:
Don’t go here on Halloween it’s their busiest day of the year they claim. They had over 60 online orders pending and people showing up had to wait over an hour to get their food.

Current time 625 pm, Today is Friday October 13th, as usual a lot of fast food places and pizza places are busy. However it is not custom for them to take their phone off the hook so no one can call and order. I was trying to order for an hour and a half by phone. But the phone line kept on saying busy. Upon arrival to the store, the phone was visibly off of the hook (on purpose )when I mentioned it to the hiring /store manager, he said he knew it was off the hook cause they were busy. I said so you did it on purpose? He said yes. Totally unprofessional.

7:24 phone is still off the hook.
I’m going to keep calling to see when they finally put the hook back on. I work fast food, and I’ve worked pizza before. You are literally loosing your location money.

FINALLY THE PHONE IS BACK ON THE HOOK.
I was calling since 545/6 pm, that is unacceptable. More than 2 hours for the phone to be purposefully left off the hook?! Corporate is gonna be thrilled.

Picked up my teeny tiny up breadsticks. They were all crumpled.. Not the best decision…hurry up they still have a BUNCH sitting on the shelf. Wish I would have saved my $. Definitely not the size or quality they use to be. Not sure why they look brown..maybe the grease soaking..

My son went in to get breadsticks, and no one came to the counter. He was watching the workers making pizza WITHOUT GLOVES!!
Yuck!! Bare hands in the cheese wipe them on their pants…he was grossed out & just left.
He said he won’t go back.

The last 2 times we went in late on Sunday afternoon the hot and ready pizzas have been hard and cold. Tasted like they were left over from lunch. Guess for fresh pizza we will have to try Pizza Hut next time.

Ordered ahead. When I arrived 8 minutes after placing the order I was told it was in the oven and it would be 5-10 minutes as they were a little busy l. And after 8 minutes it was apparently the WRONG PIZZA. So they had to make the correct one and I had to wait LONGER. Yet the lady who ordered 9 minutes AFTER I ARRIVED Got her pizza first. And the older gentleman’s staff member spent the entire 16 minutes I was there complaining about only 2 people and having to do jobs he doesn’t normally do to everyone that came in. Frankly 1* service for service is generous.

Food is almost always good! If you want your pizza fresh, order ahead so it’s fresh! That easy 🙂 Open later than almost anything around.
