Order 3 pizzas and all 3 were doughy and undercooked…some slices were super thin and others were really thick on our 3 meat pizza. Should have known when our order was done well before the estimated time. First time ordering a Philly cheesesteak pizza from Pizza Hut, just wanted something different, there was so much sauce we couldn’t even pick a slice up, everything slide off. We tried removing the pizza slice by slice to add to a pan and put in our oven to cook more and the whole pizza fell apart and was stuck to the box. $15 for a pizza we couldn’t even enjoy. Whoever made the pizza, had no common sense or was just plain careless when adding the sauce for the pizza, there was SO much it looked gross and puddled towards the middle causing all pieces to be super soggy. Was going to add a picture of the pizza but we got mad and threw it away before thinking of writing a review. We took a photo of the torn box though.

We have weekly bought pizza from you for family pizza night. The food has declined the last several orders we have had the pizza is full of grease, soggy, sticks to the box, and is half cut at best. The crazy bread has become a lump of tasteless bread.

Consistently across this city pizza is undercooked.
I do not understand the reasoning behind this.
Even if the lack of seasoning and proper time in the oven was only the main problem the fact is this kind of standard is everywhere.
What a damn joke, what a pathetic excuse for a restaurant.

My husband ordered food for our family because most of our family is sick with Flu B. The food was delivered through Door Dash. The pizzas we ordered were wrong. We called the store to ask about me driving up to the store to replace the incorrectly made pizzas. They said it is the responsibility of Door Dash to ensure the food is correct before it is delivered. When did it become the responsibility of the delivery service to check the food before it leaves the store? Why is it so hard to have your employees check that the food is correct before leaving your store to ensure that it has been made correctly?

I’ve been to this location twice. Both times I specifically asked for my food to be made fresh, I don’t mind the wait. Both times I was lied to by the cashier who placed my order, and the person who handed me my order (I always ask again “made fresh right?”). The pizza was mildly warm. Even the butter on the crust didn’t even melt. Why pay for something if they’re just gonna lie to your face with a smile? Ridiculous! The other location near Wendy’s has been much better. I was just trying to give these guys another shot smh

When ordering, I was told that they had just ran out of pepperoni pizza’s and that the wait would be about 10 minutes. I said that was fine as I was in no big rush and proceeded to order 1 Large pepperoni pizza and 2 crazy bread combos.
The wait was about 10 minutes as they said, which was no big deal to me. However, when I got to the window, they told me that my total was $7 and some change. I asked to make sure that the crazy bread combos were listed, and they weren’t. No big deal, they corrected it and handed over the pizza, then ran to grab the combos. I was handed two bags of breadsticks and no sauce (combos come with sauce). I asked for 1 sauce, and got it. No biggie, mistakes happen.
However; I was really disappointed when I got home and opened my pizza to find that it was mostly crust. (And after taking a bite, wrong type of pizza all together. We received the nacho cheese rather than a regular pepperoni.) I’m greatly disappointed in the quality that we received. I’m not even mad that it was the wrong pizza, I like the nacho pizza! But when half of the pizza is crust, that’s a little ridiculous in my opinion.

Yo I just came here got a simple hot n ready, my gf and I just finish of the Italian cheese bread n her first slice of pizza has a giant piece of plastic baked into the cheese or something, pulling it out her mouth almost made both of us gag, very upsetting.

It’s exactly what you expect from Lil Caesars. Fast, hot and reasonably priced. Easy drive thru, nice little lobby with a couple of tables if you want to wait for an order or eat.

All I ordered was a cheese hot n ready. Got there at 8pm, waited nearly 20 minutes. When I finally got the pizza it was room-temp at best. Had to immediately microwave it at home (5min drive). My food wasn’t hot OR ready. And It looked like it was cut by someone who is blind. Wiggly lines, super small slices and ginormous slices. Also 2 slices had practically no cheese on them. I get its $7 for a pizza but never again, I’ll pay a few dollars more at Dominoes or best yet Cottage Inn. Person working the window was very friendly though so thank you for that at least. This isn’t how LC at the bowling alley used to be.
