I ordered online for a pickup at 615pm. I showed up about 2 minutes early and was told it was almost done and if I wouldn’t mind circling around the drive thru again. I thought sure no problem. So I circled around and waited another 10 mins before an employee told me that they literally just put my order in the oven and it would be another 7 minutes. This is seriously a joke and worst service ever. The employee (shift manager I’m assuming) was giving me a sob story about how one of her employees wasn’t “feeling” it tonight.

This place is always running behind, there is a 50% chance they will pick up the phone if you call. There has been multiple times were I’ve ordered a “hot and ready” pizza for them too be running ours behind. No one wants to wait 30 minutes to a couple hours more than they already have to for a little ceasers pizza, I am highly disappointed.

Little Caesars is no longer a grab and go option. Plan accordingly. My online order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. It took an hour and 10 minutes.

They never have hot and ready pizzas available. They always say they ran out as if they can’t make more. And half the time I place an order ahead of time I show up and find out I still have to wait an hour because they got a big order to take care of first. Horrible management.

Don’t ever go here. Over 2 hours still waiting for two pizzas. Owners should be working here if they’re understaffed, but they just let the employees suffer alone and bare bones staffed.
