Rude staff, wanted to charge $1.50 extra to leave sauce OFF the pizza.
I explained I have often ordered at reg. pizza price. The employee was very rude amd insisted charging the extra $1.50 to not include sauce was the

Went in to get a pretzel crust pizza and a regular pizza. Pretzel crust pizza had regular dough not pretzel dough. Also wasn’t cut at all. Took the pizza back in they insisted the new pizza had pretzel crust “just was lighter than normal”. It still was not pretzel crust looks like they just added salt on normal dough. Was the same dough as the first pizza. They’re using other dough and trying to pass it off as pretzel crust. I have never gotten a pretzel crust pizza that looked like a normal pizza From any other little caesars but this one. Even my children know that this is not the correct pizza.

We ordered two pretzel pizzas from here and a side of Banana peppers. My fiance works in Coldwater so he stopped on his way home to get dinner (we live in Sturgis)…. got all the way home and realized that they didn’t give us the pretzel crust. Just made it look like pretzel crudt pizza. I took pictures of all the pizza. They gave us regular crust but some of the crust around it has salt on it but not on all of the crust. Called to speak with the manager and she said “is there salt on the crust?” Yes but not the salt used for the pretzel crust. And then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything for me unless we returned the pizzas. Very disappointed with our service. Do better DEBRA. “The Manager”

Most of the time we stop by and pick up what they have ready. Here in Coldwater it seems that most of the time it’s always busy so a lot of the times I do get fresh pizza. There is some times that I do wait, but that’s because I have a special order and do not mind the wait. So the food seems pretty good for the most part. Can’t say I ever had any troubles with them with food or the service. In fact, one time I lost my wallet and they were very kind enough to hold it for me and post it to find it.
