Got the wrong pizza. The Italian cheese bread seemed like it was made hours ago. Immediately called up to the store, no answer. Called back, was rudely told to “please hold”. It’s been 24 minutes on hold as I’m writing this review.
My husband drove the order back to the store. The manager remade the order (which is why you’re getting 3 stars for service- & losing 2 because I’m still on hold.)
Get it together at this location. It’s so inconsistent. We ordered here a few times a month & about 30% it’s a disaster..

I was told by the “store manager” this is a fresh pizza that’s been in the oven for only “5 minutes” yet, the pizza tastes like it’s been sitting in the box for at least an hour or 2. I called stating the issue, but was told I wasn’t able to be compensated unless I came back this same day, when I already drove to the complete opposite side of town. I asked for my info to be taken down in order to come back another day but the store manager denied this saying they won’t do it. I am currently ordering another meal from DoorDash, spending even more money, due to not having the time to go out to get more food. Professionalism and caring of customers is an absolute issue for this store location and it’s manager. -1 Star

I literally called and told them to not make my crust thin in the middle and to evenly stretch the pizza crust before Making my pizza and they still made the crust super thin in the middle

I’ve ordered from this Little Caesars many times in the past, and usually my orders always arrive well made. However, this time my pizza arrived with part of it missing the cheese, it was barely even sliced and the parts that were were sliced VERY unevenly, and the crust doesn’t even seem to be fully done. Not to mention, I am unable to get through to anyone at this location on the phone. This is incredibly disappointing and I highly doubt I’ll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Little Caesars on west main did us so wrong yesterday, my boyfriend nearly missed his son whole party cause of it. ♀️ We paid for our pizza AHEAD of time at 12noon, to be ready and picked up by 7:30pm., he gets there with my brother and they said you gotta wait 20mins, then 20 minutes later came, they still haven’t even started on it, then after that ANOTHER 20MINS, By then He was upset and asked for a refund, and not only that, that was going to be another 15mins for the refund, which they weren’t happy about, and the manager was upset about giving him his money back giving him attitude, they show up to pizza hut telling them about what happened and they made our order and showed better customer service so Thankyou Pizza Hut!

Ordered 3 crazy breads, received two at pick up. The guy behind the counter said nope, you only ordered two. I brought the food out to the car and double checked the receipt on the pizza box and brought it back in to show him (1) crazy bread and (2) crazy bread listed separately on the receipt. Guy grabbed a bread out of the heater and flipped it across the counter at me and walked away without saying a word. It’s fine to make a mistake but to be so rude about it is uncalled for.

Terrible, and I mean it. Management was terrible, with no accountability. The worker inside used the tongs to flip the pizza into the box pizza toppings flying everywhere. One of the pizzas even were not fully cooked and had to be traded in. Come to find out both pizzas, we received a Slice n Stix and regular hot n ready (the custom light sauce was traded out because the dough was raw) were also raw.. The only unaffected part seemed to be the Italian cheese bread which was not even sliced right with the pizza.

Not sure what happened at this LC, but something changed. It used to be well managed and the pizza was good. Out of my last 3 orders, one was given to someone else and 2 were never made. I checked at the counter each time and was told they were in the oven, only later to learn they never started them Done ordering here.

When I do a walk-in order I don’t feel like I get good service. Seems most, if not all employees don’t care much for customer service. I would rather drive to Whites Rd or Woodbridge because of the way I’m treated at this location.

Pizza was fresh and much better than the base pizza. For under ten bucks a pie we got the special crust pepperoni, and we all had plenty to eat because of the crust with cheese in.
