I’m not really sure why my friends avoid this location I’ve always had a pretty good experience here, the workers I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and one time a guy working up front brought my pizza to the boost mobile I was working at so I didn’t have to pick it up. Overall I’ve only had positive experiences here and hope to have more.

Ordered a couple pizzas for the first time in forever because it was 90 degrees and i wasn’t about to turn on the stove or be outside by a grill. The location was overrun with orders, I received my pizza 60 minutes after my estimated ready time. Pizza quality was what i expected, other than I’m not a fan of the new deep dish crust. When i arrived, there were 17 orders waiting on the line. Many customers canceled their order, and some of us stuck it out. The small group of workers were extremely stressed but overall kept cool, calm..ish and appeared to be doing what they could to get the orders out. Other patrons mentioned it wasn’t just the heat, they had experienced the delay before. I certainly hope the owner or management (if they have the ability) can addresses the issues at this location by stepping up and supporting their employees. Get them the help and training they need to succeed.

Food is decent if you are lucky enough to get it. Staff will ignore online orders and give the same items to someone who walks in to order immediately. Low ratings for atmosphere since the lobby is full and most are very angry that the serving order is random, so it can feel a bit scary.

I work in retail. Started as a clerk and worked my way up to store management. I know the struggle of customer service. When I say this location never answers their phone, I literally mean they NEVER answer their phone. I get pizza here regularly. We have a family of 5, it’s one of the few options that make sense when we are going to order out for an easy diner. In the past year, I have tried calling this location when I get out of work so I can stop by and pick up my pizza and then be on my way but no one answers to take my order. I have been in the building to order my pizza and I hear the phone ring and everyone acts like it isn’t until it stops ringing. If they want everyone to use the mobile app then they should just completely remove the business number from Google and the website. I never even bothered to ask who the supervisor is because its such a small place that who ever it is already knows whats going on and doesn’t just condone it but is a part of the problem. If it wasn’t for the simple facts that this place is a cheap, easy meal and located on the road I take home, I would never order from this location.

I used to LOVE this place – ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread on-line last night and it said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes – sat there waiting in the store for another 40 minutes! An hour to get a cheese pizza and bread sticks?!? Then I had to wait a few more minutes to ask for the sauce that I paid for since there was no one at the counter – one of the workers would pop up to take orders every 5 minutes or so, otherwise we were on our own. When I get home the pizza was under-cooked and not actually cut near the middle. Never going back.

I really gave this place 5 stars because of the staff. There was only 3 workers during a dinner rush. The 2 gentlemen I saw were cool, calm and collected. I liked the fact that they didn’t show they were overwhelmed. Very impressed by that.

Not the pizza place for you. We ordered pizza an hour in advance and waitesd an hour and a half past the order time. The manager stormed out at some point and there was a huge back up and people couldn’t even get refunded. We got no pizza and no refund.

Got the same kind of pizza like last time and it was really good. So, I got it for tonight and when coming home the pizza wasn’t fully cooked, wasn’t cut right, and was just a total mess. The people here are always understaffed and having the wait to get a pizza that looks like this is just atrocious. Gotta cook and cut my own pizza at home. What a shame..

I ordered delivery through their website and apparently they use DoorDash so I got a message from the driver saying walk ins are an hour and a half wait even tho I put the order in through their website. I do not recommend this place if you select delivery and not pickup. It’s been an hour since I ordered and am still waiting for the pizza ♂️ 2 large pizzas it’s not like I ordered for a party.
