I never knew buying a pizza would be so difficult. Went in yesterday at lunchtime for a Hot and Ready. Dude wanted to take my phone in to the back to tap it because they apparently couldn’t take payment at the counter.
No thanks. I’m not handing my phone to a stranger to take behind the counter of a fast food restaurant.
I decided to pay cash for it then. Handed him a 50. That’s all I had. He goes to the back, screws around for a couple of minutes, then comes back up with my 50 and hands it back to me. “We don’t have any change” and stands there staring at me.
I ended up leaving because I didn’t know how else to pay for a $7 pizza. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to do a simple transaction sometimes, and I don’t know why the would insist on taking all of my payment methods out of sight, but it sure wasn’t a good day for me here.
Better luck next time I guess.

Called ahead to let staff know we were ordering 10 pizzas for 11 am pickup (at open) and asked if we might be able to pick up 5 or 10 mins early. We were bummed the manager for that morning said no and 11am would be earliest. However, pizzas were on time, super fresh and delicious. 5 stars for quality and communication (though a few minutes of flexibility on pickup time would’ve been amazing).

Have to always wait on food especially with door dash. Tonight I had to wait 10-15 minutes cuz it wasn’t ready. It’s It’s Friday night, shouldn’t they have stuffed stocked and in hot boxes so that they are not rushing around. And then went back for another order and thus poor lady comes in to complain her breadsticks were all raw. Seems to me like you guys would want to be prepared on the weekends and not making every single customer wait

They messed up my slices n stixs; was given pep with jalapeños on the stixs side; I can not eat spicy foods… I went bk but they closed 4 mins before I got there; I waited by the window for bout two or three minutes n then decided to walk to the bk door which there was a couple of employees cleaning up n wat not I said excuse me n got no answer… I said hello n didn’t get a answer either…. I got spooked by another employee sitting in the car behind me….
I just got the new pizza today n I picked up a slice of pizza n found a hair in it….. not just laying their like it fell off my shirt from brushing my hair out before eating…. The hair was cooked into the pizza…. It’s inside the bread or under the cheese…..
It is more than obvious it is long hair…. There was two male workers working with long hair hats on yes but no hair nets to hold their hair bk away from the pizza n foods…….

I ordered on line for 6:30 get here at 6:25 they said oh it will be 10 minutes we’ll brung it out to you…. its now been over half an hour.. I got the email 15 minutes ago saying the pizza is done… but no one is bringing it out.

So i called ahead was told my 2 pizzas where going to take 45 min. Mind you I had 2 both stuffed crust one pepperoni and sausage and one just sausage. Not only did thy mess the order up. Which happens accidents happen. But I had to wait another 45 min for the one thy messed up. I set my truck cuz they told me they bring it out to me. The pizza was down in about 25 minutes I sat in my truck for a total of 45 minutes waiting for somebody to bring it out. My wife had finally had enough and went in there to see what was going on. She found that our pizza was sitting on the counter but they would not release it to us told us it was for a different order that had been called in after ours. Even though her name was the one that was on that pizza. All the while volume setting our truck for 45 minutes waiting I took pictures of one young lady that was supposed to be working in there that stood up against the wall for 45 minutes texting on her cell phone have we been the only people there it may not have bothered me so much it was a Friday night and they were quite busy me and my wife were not the only customers that verbalized our frustration that day to the employees night shift I have never had a problem with the morning and day shift they’re all very kind and considerate and I love going in there for lunch

I would avoid going here. I’ve tried as a local to go here several times and I get poor service. Today was my last attempt, I’ll drive out of my way to go to Portland. You can call and order ahead and they won’t put your order in before you get there. They will then take your money to pay and not alert you to that fact after you have paid. I was seriously disappointed. I spoke with the rudest manager named Ryan. I should up more than 10 minutes after the phone call and paid. When he told me it’d be another 10 to 15 minute wait I asked for the manager. That is when he told me it wasn’t even in the oven yet. I asked what the point was of calling ahead and I got the rude response of staffing issues. I told him than maybe they should increase the quoted times he was giving. He proceeded to have an attitude. When I told him I wanted a refund instead of waiting I got confirmation it was refunded, (no receipt either way as to the purchase or the refund) and then thewindow slammed in my face. My husband went in and gave him a lesson on respect and we left. I will not be going back.

Today, 12/29/20, My wife ordered 3 crazy bread w/ sauce and one pizza. They asked my wife to please pull ahead, there was going to be a 5 minute wait. Not a problem. This happens at all drive thru restaurants and we totally understand that it is necessary at times. The problem, plain and simple, was they forgot about us. After waiting 20 minutes for them to bring our food out, my wife had to go inside to see what was taking so long. When she approached the counter, the girl asked if she could take her order, to which my wife replied, “You already did. You asked me to pull forward and said it would be 5 minutes, it’s been 20 minutes, so I came inside.” The girl replied that it would be, “Just a minute”, came back and told her that someone would be out with our food in a minute. After waiting a few more minutes, someone came out with our food and a bonus stale cheesy bread on the house for our nearly 30 minute wait. Not impressed at all. Should have apologized and offered a refund. The convenience is the draw here, not the quality of the food. Take away the convenience and as a consumer you start asking yourself why didn’t I order a decent pizza from a private place like Olivera’s or YHOP? If I’m going to wait 30 minutes for pizza, it might as well be one that is made fresh to order. Not to mention it’s a much better 30 minute wait at home vs the Little Ceasars parking lot.

Every time we order ahead (with a specific time) our order is either pushed back multiple times or the quality is less than desirable. We also have to wait sometimes 2-3 minutes before someone will even acknowledge that we are standing there.
