Every single time I ask them to crazy crust it they don’t. When I called the man told me I had to prove that he didn’t put the crazy crust on and bring the pizza back in. When I went to retrieve my pizza made CORRECTLY he didn’t greet me and made me wait 10 minutes before grabbing my pizza out of the hot area it had been sitting in since I had walked into the store. The man in there with a beard and glasses is always extremely rude when I call and explain the situation. Even though I am a charlotte community member I will be going to Eaton Rapids from now on. That is all. Would not recommend.

Waited for 10 minutes while everybody ran around in the back, they all looked at me standing in the lobby When somebody finally did come up and ask if I needed anything, I asked if they had any pizzas ready they said no we don’t have anything ready besides breadsticks. It was noon how do you not have pizzas ready for the lunchtime rush ended up leaving Without Any food And very disappointed and still hungry

I called this evening at about I don’t know 9:45 and Amber the wonderful phone person and the awesome phone person that she is, answer the phone and I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni bacon mushrooms sausage and double cheese. It came out absolutely fantastic and I’m telling you if you want a thin crust pizza, they do come in only large, but it is awesome and those people down here in Charlotte at Little Caesars did a beautiful job tonight.

I went there with my mom last night she had ordered 2 pizzas, it took them over 10 minutes just to get to the counter and that was after she had previously yelled at them asking them to get the damn counter. Then we had to wait a whole hour …. For 2 pizzas just for them to taste like cardboard. Like if it was me by myself I would have walked out after them not getting the counter but then taking a whole hour to make 2 pizzas just order hungry howies they have WAY better service and it won’t take a whole hour
