Avoid this place on Thursdays. Ordered two deep dish pizza and crazy bread. For some reason they didn’t keep our food in the portal or the warming ovens behind the counter. Took over ten minutes to get through the long line to pick up a mobile order. Get home to our room temperature pizza and the deep dish pepperoni looks like it was cut by someone who was blindfolded. Go to the one off S. Saginaw if you can.

The pizza and cheese sticks we’re old. Not fresh. I use to enjoy going to little Caesars and getting a fast fresh meal. Lately it hasn’t been so fresh and it seems like it cost way more. Almost $18.00 for cheese stcks, pepperoni hot n ready, 2liter and 2 sauce cups. These young kids listen to inappropriate music at work. Smoking dabs seems to be the new thing. I believe it’s effecting work performance and the ability to communicate properly.

Waited almost 40 minutes at the store after the 2 pizzas should have been ready. Asked several times what the issue was. Told they are busy, but very few other customers came in. Turns out they never really checked for me. It was in the wrong warmer for over 30 minutes. It was old and nasty , we tossed it in the trash.

Came in just to order breadsticks, and the experience was unacceptable. Staff forgot to put in our order, then prepared the food without gloves while leaning over the counter, making contact with it. Very unsanitary—we didn’t feel safe eating it and threw it away. This location clearly needs a food safety inspection.

Was really surprised. It been a long time since like ceasers made a decent pizza. Ordered online just to have a quick dinner. And pizza was actually good. It’s been years since they have made a good pizza like when they first came to the market. I hope they continue with quality over quantity.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks and 3 sauce got home and realized they shorted up a sauce (picked up in pizza portal) and my ham and pineapple pizza has pepperoni on it wife called and while on speaker phone I hear the kid say snotty What do you want me to do about it! Well talk about quality and customer service! Nope nope nope and you can’t even choose 0 stars bad business there also!!!!

I am a door dasher, I called and spoke the female manager to let the store know that when a customer places an order through little Caesar’s it is not relaying that there is a drink to the dasher, and that I was unable to get the customers drink. She had a very rude attitude and suggested that next time she should put the drink in the pizza warmer. Completely disregarding the issues and the fact that I was trying to help the customer get a refund. I would not recommend ordering online from this store unless you’d like to have something missing.

Review edit: zero contact from anyone and the time they said they shut the ovens off was 9:29pm and they close at 10. Btw.. it takes less than 15 minutes to make 2 pizzas just sayin…
I am curious to see if the Owner of this place actually pays attention- I would like contact regarding what time you stop making any product you serve! You close at 10pm, but shut the ovens down much sooner, pay to be open for service, however your employees do not provide product up until closing time. This location has got to be losing some serious profit!!

I don’t know if corporate needs to step in or what but this is consistently the slowest Little Caesars in the area. 0% of the time, they will have a Hot & Ready actually ready. Always a 30+ minute wait. If you order ahead, expect the pizza to be up to an hour late. Look at other reviews and realize that I am not the only one.
