Today is Saturday Nov. 22 , 2025. Grabbed a deep dish pepperoni pizza. It was the worse pizza I’ve ever attempted to eat. It was basically a dried up piece of overcooked bread with a little sauce….burned cheese and dried out pepperoni. We couldn’t eat it so the trash got it. Won’t be back! Waste of money.

1-18-2026…Ordered ahead over the phone..Pizza was ready an waiting an also got 2 sodas ..I needed a bag so I knocked on the window because they had already walked away..A different lady,from the girl who waited on me first,walked up,opened the window,said”We don’t even open till 11″ shut the window before I could respond,an walked away..it was 11:05 an I already had my order,I just needed a bag..The girl who first waited on me came right behind her,opened the window an said”I’m so sorry! Did you need something else?’.. I said “yes,just a bag,please,an sorry I put the other lady out,I didn’t mean too”.. she said not at all an got me a bag.She was very nice…The other lady was very rude.I hope she learns some customer service skills an I really hope she wasn’t the manager..very rude.

The manager of the store contacted me due to this review and I was in the area and stopped by. She was pleasant and professional and explained some of the variables at play here and a little inside into the Little Ceasars practices. She apologized, indicated that I can always call in an order with special requests… SADLY, she did tell me that the Old World Pepperoni Pizza promo ended… hopefully LC will make it a regular item. And she made me a new pizza that was fantastic. Thank you.
I’ve ordered the Old World Pepperoni pizza before and love that there’s little to no crust edge and the pizza was covered in OW pepperoni. Now that pizza is available to do a custom order and add other items. I ordered an OW pizza with Mushrooms and half with regular pepperoni. I expected the pizza I ordered to be made like the others I ordered but with the additional items. IT WAS NOT. THERE WAS A 1″ OR LARGER CRUST ON THE OUTER EDGE AND IT HARDLY HAD ANY OW PEPPERONI ON IT. NOT ONLY WAS IT NOT MADE WELL IT WASN’T EVEN DONE. THERE WERE A COUPLE SPOTS WHERE THE CHEESE WASN’T EVEN MELTED. I BROUGHT IT HOME AND HAD TO BAKE IT MORE. I’VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH LITTLE CEASARS IN THE PAST. NOT THIS TIME.. HOPEFULLY ITS NOT A TREND. WE’LL SEE. I ALSO SENT A CUSTOMER COMMENT EMAIL AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE OR CONFIRMATION.

No Hot and Ready Pizza ready @ 5:30 pm. Their menu screens were not working…..Absolutely no menu in the store ( Have not ordered LC pizza in years) when I asked what they had ready…..She said they had nothing ready rudely. I told her never mind ans she never even said they were sorry or apologized for not having any food. I managed a LCP 40 years ago and that would have never happened

If i could give zero stars i would. First our pizza was made wrong then they have the audacity to give us some burndt disgusting pizza because they are to lazy to fix it right. Just added the missing toppings and shoved it back in the oven. Save your money and go to Pizza Hut!

Not sure what’s going on with the quality of the food but less the standard for little caesars. The dough was chewy not fluffy and the amount of grease was alot, not normal. The bread Stix were even bad. Again not normal. This was a great place to grad a hot and ready but the past two days of trying it I don’t recommend.
