I have never had a bad experience at the Burton. Mi Atherton Rd location until tonight. I was getting a Hot-Ready. She said about 6 minutes. I said ok and that I wanted a crazy bread with the white sauce. She repeated the white sauce cream cheese. I replied yes. She said ok and rang it up. I had to ask for the receipt when usually they hand it to me with the change. Then she said you will have to go park in the parking lot and was rude about it. I did that and after about 10 minutes went into the building. She yells out it will be a few minutes. The chairs were all stacked up so just stood there. In a few minutes she brought the pizza and bread sticks to the turn table windows. I asked about the sauce. She repeated to me sauce. I said yes I ordered the white sauce cream cheese. She said oh I hadn’t heard you, that will be $2.50. Well the money was in the car so I just said never mind because I didn’t want to go back across the slippery parking lot and then back again . It was upsetting to me because they are always so good.

I went in to this location and ordered a large hot and ready and crazy bread and after I ordered and paid the kid told me it was gonna be 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. If I’m gonna wait for something then I expect a fresh pizza,not what I got. Also,a little piece of cardboard was sitting on top of my pizza. This pizza looks like it’s been sitting out for 6 hours. It’s like you guys are scared to put sauce on the pizza. I won’t be back to this location or any other little caesars in the area

I called ahead to order two Stromboli. The representative tried to get me to go to a different store due to it having pineapples. I told her that that would be okay and I would pick a different topping. She said okay give me 30 minutes. I get to the store and there is an employee walking out with boxes of pizza who gets in a car with a man and leaves there is another car sitting in drive through. I had five minutes before time to pick up my order so I park to walk in and pay. The person in the drive through also goes to walk up and the door is locked and closed. I pull to the drive through window and wait another ten minutes for someone to come to the window. I was informed by this employee that she did not know about my order as this was not her regular store and was her first time working here and the only other employee there is a teenager who hasn’t been there a week. The employee came back another ten minutes later with my two Strombolis and apologized. She said that the person before she got there left and did not update her on anything. I asked for the store manager name and it turns out Eden was the store manager at Atherton Rd. Flint and was also the employee I seen leaving and who originally took my order. I asked for a manager above her and was told his name is Mario and there was no contact info for him as he was just promoted that week. The picture is of one of the Strombolis and I was told there is nothing that could be done and was told to call customer service which I have done multiple times only to wait over 30 minutes each time and not able to speak with anyone. Both Strombolis were missing items inside and the dough was not even done which for almost of hour of waiting it should have been. This is how we were served a half eaten looking items and we were not able to be refunded or remade.

My son and I visited this Little Caesar’s location on Atherton Road in Burton, MI. We ordered the Steak Bites, a Stromboli and got a Hot and Ready Pizza. Once we got home, I got a piece of the Stromboli and when I went to take a bite a piece of sausage fell out. Cooked into the sausage was a piece of hair. My son called back up to Little Caesar’s and told the person that answered whom I believe to be the Manager that there was hair in the Stromboli. He asked my son to describe the hair. My son told him that it was black colored hair. I took the phone and told him there was hair in our food, cooked into the sausage. He said that if we brought it back that they would remake it. When I got to the restaurant, the person whom I believe to be the manager told me that it was odd that it was black hair in the food because he made it and his hair is dyed. He then said that some of his workers have black hair, but they wasn’t near the food. As he’s talking I look past him and the guy that’s making a pizza has black curly hair, about the length of the hair that was cooked into the sausage. He wasn’t wearing a hair net, he just had on a baseball cap. If you visit this location please check your food because you might find hair cooked into your food.

Wanted a cheese pizza, their hot and ready items are always horrible quality so I thought ordering a custom pizza might make it better. Wrong. Soggy, thin, cold. As usual the service was horrible too.

It’s 10:00 May 31st 2023, I ordered my food at 9:06pm! Got here at 9:28! They told me twenty minutes! I walk into the store and wait 2 minutes before she tells me if I want to order then I’ll have to go through the drive Thru and that the lobby is closed yet the door is unlocked! I tell her I already ordered, just here for pickup! She says but the lobby is closed! So I’m made to wait out in the car for 30 more minutes before I get my food In the drive thru line and they close at 10pm! The one down the street stays open a little later lobby and all. I should have went to that one. And now there’s a lady standing at the drive Thru window because her order wasn’t right and the line is long and they’re about to close. This is bad customer service! PERIOD! Now I have to sit out in the car while my food just SITS in a warmer when it coulda been picked up already! THEY NEED A SIGN THAT TELLS YOU WHEN THE LOBBY IS CLOSED SO WE WILL KNOW! The store closes at ten! No other little Ceasars does this! Just unprofessional!

This place is on Atherton Rd. right off Dort. This pizza was a supreme with a stuffed crust it was flavorful and delicious and not overly greasy. The only problem I had with it was that I only went about 10min. away and it was cold, and I had to microwave it. But over all it was good!
