Food is good and staff within the restaurant has always been helpful and polite. Unfortunately yesterday I ordered and got a message that the wrong driver picked up my delivery order, about 15 minutes after the order was supposed to arrive. The only option customer service gave me is a refund that will take up to 10 days.

This location can be a hit or miss, depending on their staffing. Some visits are great and some not so much. The same goes for the food. Nevertheless, the staff do the best they can when they are short-handed. This location, at times, can be very busy. On my last visit, I got the Pepperoni Crazy Puffs!! They were so good, I definitely recommend trying!!

Ordered 4 pizzas and 3 2 liters to be delivered to my house. Order shows up and only 2 pizzas, no drinks at all. Immediately try calling the store and proceed to call the store for 25 minutes straight. Halfway through ended up going straight there, still calling the entire time. Show up and there’s at least 3 guys working, maybe 4 if someone else was in the back. Explain to them what’s going on, one of them just starts smiling at the other guy, they immediately go and pull my other two pizzas out of the oven. Not sure what the deal was but paying 60$ and having 2 pepperoni pizzas to show for it constitutes annoyance on my part I believe. I see multiple reviews about the phone issue. How long will it take for that to get fixed?

If I could I’d do 0 stars this place had a whole staff and yet not a single one was using gloves while making food…. They ignored everyone who walked in and customers had to scream to get them to realize they needed help…. I waited 20 mins for my order I placed online at 5pm to be picked up at 6:45pm and everything was burnt cold and wrong…. I would say save your money and go to a different location because this place is awful and luckily it’s next to an er for when you get food poisoning because they don’t know what they are doing
