Im giving this experience 1 star. I order from this location every week on Fridays for years and never have I had this experience. I get home with the pizzas and my kids open up the pizza only to see that the entire center of the pizza is missing cheese and toppings. I bring the pizza back and ask to speak with the manager, after showing him the pizza, he says “yeah so what you want me to remake it?”. There wasn’t a single employee in the store over the age of 18 and it shows.

After making the pizza he brings it out and shows it to me, and says you know we would have remade it on the spot… I tried to explain I didn’t see it until I got home and he said I “didn’t need to make a scene”. At this point I decided it was just about the right time to make a scene. I explained to him that it was his responsibility as manager to make sure his employees are doing their job and that the product leaving the store wasn’t garbage.

I won’t be coming back to this location. Its clear they value the low cost of young employees over the revenue of loyal customers.

If they make a mistake it won’t be a simple apology. The manager won’t come to the phone either. That’s not an issue except you’re in the customer service business. I’m pretty sure that there’s Little Caesars in the middle of Flint Michigan that serve better Pizza and our customer service friendly! When you pay for an 3 meaty pizza and get only onions it’s kind of disappointing! When you call you don’t want to refund you don’t want another pizza because you’re feeding your crew you just get told I’m not sure why that happened..

This location is either perfectly acceptable Little Caesars, or absolutely disgusting. No in between.
I ordered the Cheesy Herb Crust pizza today (2/25/26) and it was truly abysmal. A stupid amount of sauce and cheese almost entirely in the center of the pie (in which the crust was stretched unevenly so there was almost zero support), turning every slice into a globby, sloppy mess that was simply gross to eat. I actually gagged a couple times on my third slice and threw it away. This place is good 60% of the time or so in my experience. I really wish I could post a picture of the pie on here. It didn’t look any better

Ordered a hot and ready via DoorDash, wanted garlic butter parm on the crust. DoorDash doesn’t have an option to add Garlic Butter parm. Called the location after placing an order to ask if they would add it for me and that I had no problem paying for it. They said there was no possible way to add garlic butter parm to my crust. Really? terrible customer service.

So very disappointed. We have been customers of this location for 30+ years. We had company over to our house and ordered some pizzas to be delivered. It should be noted that we ordered on the Little Caesars app, not Door Dash. Our pizzas were never delivered. Rather than Little Caesars taking care of the problem we were told to contact Door Dash (again we did not order through DD). I did contact DD and was told that the driver reported “an emergency ” and the delivery was not able to happen. So apparently the DD driver stole our pizzas!! No one – not LC or DD offered to make it right. Lesson learned!! We will no longer order from LC. I would suggest you don’t either.

Started going here for the crazy puffs but apparently the actual pizza is complete and utter garbage. I think this wins the worst pizza ever prize. Not even touching it. Will never order here again.

Ordered 15 grab n go pizzas for a wedding the day before. Confirmed order 5 hours before pickup. At pick up time no pizza’s. Had to wait for them to be made.

Ordered online an hour before close because we get off work somewhat late. I have t-mobile tuesdays and saw that free breadstick combo deal and thought “what the hell; seems like a good night for a lazy meal.” And listen. I worked in customer service half my life. I get it; you don’t make the rules. But comeeee on. So; I get there and notice the app is being buggy and says my deal expired and is invalid now. So I think “well, we’re already here let me just see if there’s anything that can be done.” Of course, theres some dumb rule about not having online and in person coupons be used interchangeably. Why? who knows. Probably another cash grab because their app never works properly and they close their online orders so dang early. Asked if there was anyway we could speak with someone about this and they looked at me like a deer in headlights. Will definitely not get this pizza from here again. It was cold, it was soggy, and a $10 in gas I can never get back. He also forgot our sauce. Hire more competent people.

Tonight I order pizza via DoorDash and this is the Hawaiian I received. I called the store and told this pizza is not acceptable. They told me no problem, I needed to bring the pizza in and they would refund my full order then recharge me for the pizzas/items I did order. The issue here is that I ordered pizza for my son’s birthday party and do not plan on leaving the house (hence delivery). The girl I spoke with on the phone was very professional and I asked her name at the end of our call purely to thank her personally for her service. She said “I’m not required to say my name”. I laughed and said never mind. 1 star from me as these guys do not have a clue what it going on at their own store. Also she stated she was the “shift leader” for the evening yet she didn’t know if I needed to bring my card that was charged for a refund… basically this was just a complete cluster and handled mediocrely.
