Refused to sell me more than 2 pizzas, even though I was in store, with credit card in hand. Offered to pay in advance. Wait in store. Called manager who told them to refuse me. Was trying to feed a 9 yr old baseball team between games at a local tournament. Turned down $100 in sales.

Tried to order on the app not working, then I called and was immediately put on hold for about 12 mins. Then called back to see if they forgot no one picked up the phone. I figured it was just busy, walk into no one in the store but employees. So I am confused as to why I was on hold for so long. I have managed a Little Caesars a few years ago I know the policy for LC and this is not how you do business, regardless of how many employees you have. Kind of hard to make money when you’re doing this kind of stuff. This will be the last time I take my money to LC I know I’m one person and I don’t matter, but I can believe I am not the only one. Best part is I normally do this on my lunch break because it was quick now I have had to waste my entire lunch on this, pretty un acceptable in terms of a business point of view.

It’s Little Caesars, the Italian Cheese Bread is delicious for the price but the pizza isn’t very good. Also, the cookie dough brownies are pre-made, not cooked in store, so just buy some from Walmart for a better value.

It is incredible at the lack of their appreciation for the customer. I visited the location on October 9, 2012. The person making pizzas looked as though he had washed his clothes in a month, the formerly orange shirt he was wearing was severely stained with dirt!
