Stopped in to pick up an order today around 4 pm.
It was busy — Even though I had to wait, I had observed a team working together to get the orders out. There is a lot of work to do in a short amount of time. I know I couldn’t not do as good of a job as they were doing.
Today I appreciate employees showing up to work and working hard. These are great skills that will benefit them through their life.

Rude employees ALWAYS!!!!!!! Orders always wrong too. Done with this place. When is it ever okay to leave customers holding for half an hour and refuse to give them a refund because they are upset???? the best she could come up with is for ME TO BRING THE STUFF BACK OVER AN HOUR LATER. I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION OR TIME TO. DONT order here the disrespect and chaos is too much. They don’t even have staff to run the place might as well shut it down

I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for what is supposed to be to be ahot and ready pepperoni and cheese puffs. I asked if I could reciive a garlic sauce for compensation for my wait, and was told no. Bad business. Lost a sale and future sales for me.

The has no body to it. All of the toppings -including the cheese- fell off when trying to pick a a slice up. I had to roll the slices like burritos to pick them up. Not cool at att.

I had them make my order 3 times and each time they got it wrong. My order was already paid for and I was convinced that if I had them remake it a forth time, someone in the back would just spit in my food. So, I just took the poorly made order home. I’m convinced lazy and incompetent people work at this location.

Food was hot, staff always seems annoyed but they are usually pretty quick. The slices are cut all crazy lol and the cheese side has all the cheese pepperoni side I think they forgot a piece or two. Like it was literally pizza sauce and pepperoni when I bit into the slice. For $7 I guess it is what it is.

The bread sticks were fresh, but it looked like they were cooked in a dirty pan and dirty grease all over them I called them to complain about it and they literally told me that the pans are dirty and for me to bring them back up there.
