Gave this place a second chance but now I know that this is by far the worst store in the franchise. I can only assume based on how these pizzas come out that they employ drunk toddlers to work here. Both times everything was vastly under cooked. I had to bake it again to even get it remotely edible. I will not be visiting again.

I ordered delivery today because I have workers at my house and I will be stuck for a few hours. Delivery was timely, but the pizza I ordered was incorrect. Thin crust half pepperoni and half cheese. I checked my receipt to make sure I was correct before contacting the store. When I called the manager and person who answered stated that I was required to come back to the store because “he doesn’t know if I am telling the truth”, (he emphasized this several times. I explained why I could not come back to the store. I asked if I could send him a photo. He started to cut me off and said well that’s the store policy and he can offer a remake with me coming to the store. As he become more and more of, you come to the store so I know your are telling the truth and that’s it. Then he said, well its a door dash issue. I called door dash, and they sent an email to reply with a photo. Issue fixed, but the customer service at the store location was horrible. Please train the management and the way he spoke over the phone and his dismissive attitude.

Garbage. Dumpster fire pizza. Reminds me of elementary school pizza. You know the kind that’s served to children because they don’t know any better. Terrible product. Horrible toppings. Just because you can make pizza, doesn’t mean that you should! The new deal is 2 pizzas for 4.99 each. They gotta try to give it away because it’s such terrible pizza. times infinity.

had such a great experience at Little Caesars today. I accidentally ordered the wrong toppings on my pizza, and even though it was my mistake and I told them last minute, the young man working didn’t hesitate to fix it for me. He remade my pizza exactly how I wanted it, and he did it so quickly with no attitude at all. He was nice, respectful, and had a smile on his face the whole time. That really made my day.

I had an amazing experience at Little Caesars today. The customer service was excellent – the staff were so friendly, patient, and quick to take my order. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and my food was ready faster than I expected. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I only ordered bread sticks, I needed a quick bite while working and they were the worst bread sticks I have EVER had the displeasure of eating.
They were extremely thin in the middle and very much over-cooked to the point it was hard/very crunchy. No butter or parmesan on them. You can do better.
