I got a pizza had extra cheese and asked for it well done but instead got a flaccid pizza with no sauce oily and undercooked cheese. Couldn’t even finish the whole pizza was disgusting. (EDIT) after I left this review I went back to give the place a second try for redemption to possibly remove this review but instead I was meant with aggression by the worker asking me if im pablo and proceeds to angrily tell me why I left a bad review and not just come back and redo the pizza. The workers seem to not understand importance of great customer service and the importance of time not everyone has the lesiure of coming back to remake a bad pizza. greatly dissatisfied with the customer service and the attitude of the worker.

Not sure why there’s such low reviews. Stopped in for lunch while in the area and got the lunch special. Had to wait a bit cuz they were busy but it was hot and fresh, looked and tasted great, I appreciate the parm packets given with it as well as the napkins. Most other locations do not give napkins anymore unless you ask. The employee was super nice considering how busy she was. Place was really clean. A few seats would be nice to be able to sit in while waiting.

If you want to eat hot and fresh this is the place. All the items in the menu are good. Staff are polite and their service is top notch. If anybody wants to have really good pizza this is your one stop destination.

Crazy puffs tasted terrible. I regret blindly grabbing 2 orders. Not fresh but most importantly not made correctly. Hardly any cheese, can’t tell if they were even seasoned to be honest. Picture tells it all, smh.

They lie about their hours. It says they close at 10. I placed my order at 8:22 and arrived to get it at 8:50. The door was locked and the staff were talking through the door saying they were closing early for the “holiday”. It’s December 22nd, what holiday is that? They refused to give me a refund and instructed to call some number.

This location is so uncomfortable, it is extremely hot every time I come here, and the wait times are long. The cashier was very nice she did a good job I felt terrible that she has to work in such a hot environment. I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas, and I asked for butter and Parmesan on the pizza which is an extra charge, it was not added to my pizza and the pizza didn’t look right it was a bit misshapen as you can see from the pictures, and it was very small. I will not be back.

I tried this place last night and the pizza hit the spot. The crust had that perfect balancecrispy on the outside but soft enough inside to fold without falling apart. The sauce was tangy with just the right amount of sweetness, and you could tell it wasn’t the canned stuff. Cheese was melted evenly, no greasy puddles, and the toppings actually tasted fresh instead of those rubbery add-ons you sometimes get. I went with a pepperoni and mushroom, and every bite had a good mix of flavors. Portion size was solid too definitely worth the price.
