Stopping by for the scheduled 11am-2pm lunch box combo? “Um, we’ll have to make it. About 7-10 minutes”
I got this Hot & Ready, instead (see photo). That’s how it looked right from the front counter. How does this even happen?? They would have had to have dropped it between the kitchen and taking it to the front counter. I don’t know why I keep going back expecting a different result.
Update: 09/17/23
Still a total $h! t show at this place. Uploaded new photos. I highlighted the cut lines so you can better see. There’s no way the cut waa this bad by accident. It has to be on purpose. In addition to that, it was undercooked, and not cut all the way through. Just tore apart. Unbelievably bad.
unfortunately that is no longer true these days, every Little Caesars seems to vary sometimes radically on how differently the Pizzas are made, sometimes I’ve even had pizzas that are so thin you can see right through it, and often uncooked to wear the whole center of it is a giant bubble of uncooked dough, this Little Caesars was my favorite location that I have gone to based on consistency and speed of service.
I stopped by earlier today to buy a pizza at Little Caesars, located just off of highland road and airport road, I didn’t have to wait long which is good since many locations now you have to often wait up to a half an hour for it to be ready.
but something one of the employees said has really caused me to question whether I will ever go back to Little Caesars again,
as I was waiting for the pizza to come out, the employee told me that they had just thrown out all their pizzas because it had gone past 15 minutes since they had been cooked, I asked what she meant, she went on to clarify, she’s said that because they want to give us fresh pizza they throw out all pizzas after only 15 minutes, which is less time than it takes to cook a pizza, so they throw out these pizzas instead of keeping them and offering them for a lower price to those who are perfectly willing to accept them for more reasonable price, I for one am willing to purchase a pizza up to an hour after it’s been cooked for a more reasonable price of $5, like it used to be, but instead they just throw them out without any concern that people are struggling to afford to buy it normally now that it’s over $7,
This is clearly why the prices of pizzas at Little Caesars is going up, this would have been absolutely disgraceful that it would have been an uproar from people, even just a couple years ago,
I would absolutely be willing to pay $5 for a pizza that was made within an hour, and if they actually did this it would be making money instead of wasting food and money, if they can afford to throw away all the pizzas they make in a mere 15 minutes, then they are clearly way overcharging us.
The question is, what is wrong with the ingredients the pizza’s are made of now, that makes them believe that they have to throw out perfectly good food for no reason unless there’s something wrong with the ingredients to begin with.
I don’t know about anybody else, but this infuriates me beyond words, I grew up very poor and sometimes even went without enough food, and of course now especially after covid,
I’m sure I’m not the only one who never seems to have quite enough money to pay all the bills and essentials, especially since all the prices have gone up in stores and everywhere else, I feel disgust at the thought of supporting a place that would overcharge for something that they so easily throw away instead of offering it for a lower price.
And a couple months later I have still never heard back from Little Caesars at all showing that they completely do not care about those who purchase food from them and support them keeping them open.
I do not recommend this Little Caesars.
and I do not recommend Little Caesars at all, since they clearly do not care about you.
