This store has the pizza portal installed and doesn’t use it. Why pay to have the technology in your store and not use it? The pizza itself was very poorly prepared. This is not how a deep dish from little Caesars should look.
Update, a year later I was in the area visiting family and we wanted to order LC again. The idea that this location still does not accept online orders in 2022 is ridiculous. We passed on this location and ordered from the 21 and North Avenue location, and used the pizza portal. Much better experience.

It’s still Little Caesars, but this place does it right. Recently I’ve gone to 2 other locations in the area but each time I was disappointed in the pizzas & myself for trying a different location. In recent months at this location, the crazy bread is never overdone & the pizza has the perfect amount of sauce. Whatever they’re doing here, don’t change it.
Also, the service is great. I always use the pizza portal and they still speak. Somehow, the last time I ordered here someone else took my order from the pizza portal. We were both confused, but, after explaining I never picked up the order, I assume the manager made me a new pizza & updated me on the time frame while I waited

Never seen a large pepperoni pizza look like this before. Tasted as bad as it looked! Ordered this on a slow Wednesday, obviously they don’t care to give this out to their customers.

Watching the workers play on their phones in the front and in the back by the pizza was gross. Then when they decided to not fill my order of 2 with the 4 hot and ready that were available it was a little more annoying. Then when I asked why the lady stated they needed the pizzas for other customers. Noone else was in the store and I was the only one with a pending order.

If I were the owner of this place I would be in complete embarrassment of my employees and the way it is ran. We have ordered a few times now and not once have they got a single order correct! Not to mention the pizza is terrible compared to other stores in the area. It is thin and the crust is terrible! I have been quiet about this for some time now because it is convenient for where I live however, now I need to get it out. Don’t use this store! Drive the extra 3 miles to 21 and Hayes, much better.

This place seems to need some better communication to the community, their hours are not accurate, says they open at 1130 on the door 12 on Google maps and in reality they don’t open until they feel like it it seems. I understand staffing issues but do not pull people’s legs with hours of service. Otherwise the food is what you expect from little ceasers and the employees are great (when they actually open) better off getting a delivery order cause ir seems like they take care of those for until they actually open at who knows what time. Come in at your own discretion.

How many of us take these pizza places for granted and just never think to say something about them! We run in, We run out! It’s fast, it’s cheap, we’re always in a hurry! Well, it’s time to give credit where credit is due, and it’s those young adults that make this places what they are!
I want to include also all fast food chains were mostly the young adults work as well!!
On Wednesday, 8-28-18 around 4 or 4:30pm, I sent my husband for a round pizza (Joe) he goes there all the time! Whoever made that round pizza at that time, made one of the best ever! It was perfect in every way! Hot, plenty of cheese, sauce and the pepperoni were covering the entire pizza!
My 5 Stars not only goes to Little Ceasars, for great inexpensive pizza, but also to that employee!!

I’m scoring this against Little Caesars, not as pizza. You wouldn’t judge a $5 hamburger against a $12 burger. You shouldn’t do it for pizza, either.
The store is clean. Polite staff that seems to hustle. The chain seems to be selling speed and ease – this location provides both. The pizzas are ready, and checkout is quick.
