Waited 25 minutes for breadsticks just to only get 7/8 of them and for them to be as skinny as my pinky finger AND for them just to barely have any parm on them. If you live in Rochester, PLEASEE go somewhere else or drive the extra miles to go to another location, because this Little Ceasars is a let down every time I go. Hands down, this was the best Little Caesar’s pizza experience I’ve ever had. Alejandro was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, running the place with such grace on a busy Friday night. He truly went above and beyond, turning what had been a long and stressful workday for me and my fiancé into a memorable evening. The food was amazing, but Alejandro’s kindness and hospitality made it even better. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

This is one of the worst LCs I’ve been to in terms of overall service. Always super slow, never help waiting customers and they have bad attitudes when you ask for assistance or question them.

I’ve downgraded them from 2 stars to 1. This is officially the worst Little Ceasers in the history of mankind. Always super late (and the app sucks because they’re NEVER going to make a deadline), today it was over 45 minutes past the estimated time. The food was somehow both over cooked and cold?? The pizza portal is never used so food just sits out. The staff are a bunch of clowns, they are disrespectful, use poor language and have 0 customer care skils. Ihad to ask for 2 items that were included in my order. I was the least frustrated customer in the waiting area.
That’s it, I’m never going back. I’ll find the next closest LC and try there. I feel like I’m getting out of an abusive relationship and it feels great

This location used to be the best. I’ve noticed over the last few months it’s not even close to the same place anymore.
Employees are RUDE and refuse to take orders at times.
Today I ordered pizza through the App and the pizza was 15 minutes past the pick up time … They looked understaffed, so OK.
However, 45 minutes later and 15 minutes late they put cold pizzas into my pickup portal … and it was gross.

From missing toppings to waits longer than predicted. This store sucks. It’s good for hot n ready pizza. But this is the fourth time they’ve messed up my order and wanted me to wait even longer for a new one.
Team stands there and stares you down rather than helping you out. Waited 20 minutes once because they forgot my marinara sauce and the employee was just standing there with headphones in.

I came in and there were 4 other customers. I asked if they had a Hot & Ready and she said it’ll take 10 minutes. Every other customer (including ones who came in after me) were taken care of within 15 minutes. I then stood there unacknowledged for 20 minutes while she talked to her co-worker. I was standing right in front of the counter.
She FINALLY came up to me and asked if I needed help. I said “Do you have that Hot & Ready?” and she said “No.”. I said “Can you make one?” and she said “It’ll be 10 minutes.”. I just walked out.

This Little Caesars is honestly disappointing. The whole “hot and ready” thing makes no sense here, because we waited almost an hour for a regular pizza. The employees are slow, not helpful, and giving attitude. It’s just not worth coming to this location. You’re better off driving a little farther to another one you’ll get your food way faster.

What an awful experience. Ordered on the app it took and extra 30 minutes and i left without half my order just to get out of there. 20 people in line and one person walking around. How do you not have crazy bread ready or pizza. Who owns this place? Corporate? Nobody seems to care about anything. This has to be a busy location why not add more staff? What a joke.

I don’t know what happened to this location; it used to be great. I waited half an hour for one pizza and one order of bread. The Italian cheese bread did not have any seasoning on it, and the pizza had next to no sauce. I had to pour my dipping sauce on top of it instead. I did an experiment, and placed the same order at the Little Caesars at 1820 E Auburn Rd. Same day of the week, same time. The order was ready in only eight minutes, and everything had been prepared correctly. I’ll be going there exclusively from here on out!!
