No communication, no explanation, nothing. Just cars stuck in line wasting time. This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t handle the volume, at least acknowledge customers instead of ignoring them.
Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. Never coming back.
“It’s hot and it’s ready.”
“Yes, but is it GOOD?”
“I said it’s HOT, and it’s READY”
Nah but in all seriousness, this is decent pizza for the price, and fairly quick and convenient too. Maybe get it in person rather than delivered tho– delivery can nearly double the price.
UPDATE: Came here again, and they’ve removed the chairs in the lobby, as well as the sodas that were in the lobby’s fridge– it wasn’t an issue of that they were out, but rather, the cashier explained that customers were stealing soda. And like, okay, reasonable response, but it does mean that when you get a 20oz soda it WILL be warm, not cold. Cashier was also notably rude to another customer who was angry about the wait; rather than apologizing or offering something for the wait, the cashier made excuses and belittled the customer’s intelligence. Said customer decided to ask for a drink; cashier motioned over to the lobby fridge, which as I previously explained was empty, and then explained the lack of soda (and visible palette of 20oz sodas behind her) as if it was OBVIOUS why the sodas weren’t in the fridge and that it was our intelligence at issue.
While the food is still good and good for the price, maybe go to 7/11 if you want full size pizzas in the same price range if this is how they treat their customers. There’s a good one that’s literally down the street.
I used to do this job when I was 17 years old high drunk every other substance you can think of and we never messed up a pizza. I have zero leniency when it comes to getting my pizza order right because I used to do this job when I was 17 and ….
I placed an online order at 6:15 PM and arrived at 6:40 PM to pick it up. After paying, I was told my food was “coming out of the oven.” Meanwhile, people kept coming in and leaving with their pizzas.
By 7:00 PM, I asked about my order again and was told they were “waiting on my deep dish.” At 7:15 PM, I spoke with the manager about a refund, but since it would take two days to process and I had already wasted so much time, I decided to just wait for the food.
The so-called manager had an attitude with me, and that’s when I found out they had never even put my order in. They had been stalling me the whole time. My food wasn’t ready until 7:25 PM — over an hour after I arrived.
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I pulled up to the drive thru 15 minutes after the estimated completion time. My pizza was still not made, they told me to park and they’ll bring it out.
I parked and waited, I received the notification that my pizza was ready. I waited 20 minutes and finally went inside.
When I went inside, the guy at the counter skipped me 3 times for his “people”. He finally got to me after everyone behind me was taken care of.
I spent over 45 minutes trying to pick up a $10 order. By the time I received my food it was lukewarm.
I appreciate freshly made food but today was the last straw. I waited more than 40mins for one hot and ready and dang Italian cheese bread. They came out offering me a pop after clearing a bunch a traffic inside and out that came after me, still no dam food 15mins mins I got my money back that was terrible when there are two kore locations in the area
The kids are nice but orders should be organized when you ask a customer to park
I am very displeased and had warned them I would write a review
