Carry out only. I arrived around 9pm on Monday night. It was approximately 3-4 staff in and it seemed one pizza was being cooked at a time as there was a 10-15 minute wait. The staff was friendly and prompt. The place needs updating and needed to be swept at the time I was there. I ordered a one topping and it came with so much cheese I couldn’t enjoy it. (If you like extra, extra, extra, cheese this is the place for you) I did like the parmesan garlic crust I just think $2.65 for that is a bit much.

This place is awful I have orders here 3 times the first time they gave me a under cooked pizza witch took 20 mins I have only had 1 time when the pizza was good and Tht was at 11 am today ordered a pizza pretzel crust and they put way to much salt on it came me a new pizza it has a hole in it and is under cooked

It’s amazing how this is the only location downtown and it’s awful. I asked for extra sauce and got no sauce . Thank God I paid for a extra sauce just in case. Plus they always mess up the orders or can’t find my order.

I went to go get pizza for me and my boyfriend earlier and it was me and 14 other people in there and one by one. The staff members was turning us away, telling us that they were saving the last bit of dough that they have for online orders and that they have to prioritize online orders and that if we wanted to order something we had to order online or leave and go somewhere else I don’t recommend going her.

Absolutely the worst experience. I arrived at 455pm on a Thursday as a rideshare driver waiting on an order. I was there until 6:08 pm before the customer cancelled. The order was 1 box of pizza. There was absolutely no reason the order should’ve took that long and I would highly recommend either going at a non busier time or going to another store.

In December I placed a pizza order over the phone and getting a copy of the receipt was a challenge. I want to thank team member DMaurion for providing me with excellent customer service, resolving my issue, and providing me with a hard copy of my receipt for my records.

They need to hire more people. Every time I come here it takes forever because it’s always only this one guy working upfront by himself(same guy each time) get somehow he still remains polite and courteous to customers and all he needs is one more person to slice the pizzas up while he rings up the customers

I ordered and paid for an ultimate deep dish supreme pizza. Doordash delivered a pepperoni pizza.
I called the store several times but kept being put on hold. I spent over 30 minutes waiting on the phone for a manager who never came.
I have not touched the pizza that was delivered . I just want what I paid for, and a little respect from the companies that do business in my community!

I’ve been waiting for at least 30 minutes for 1 pizza. The menus aren’t up, customers (including myself) are not receiving receipts, none of the employees are wearing gloves or even washed their hands after handling money, then going straight to preparing food. I’ve politely asked the young man if he could wear gloves and was ignored. Orders are wrong. This place is out of control today. Never coming back.

The food is fine not anything great. As we had ordered the 5 topping single large veggie pizza. Later we requested them to add Pam and butter and don’t know why the pizza was soaked in water, might be they added after baking it. It’s expensive for cutomized . No space for done service and ample parking space exactly outside the store. The cheese and pepperoni pizzas will be baked and stored in the warmer for instant orders.
