If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! Mind u I called at 10:27 yes they close at 11 but I’m calling to place an order and conveniently pick my order up the lady answered and told me if I want to place an order u have to come in, we don’t take orders 30 min before close I get its 3 min short from 30 min but seriously wasn’t in that 30 minute window there claiming, its suppose to be convenient for me not anyone working I don’t think anyone wants to go all the way up there walk in and then sit or wait in a sketchy dark parking lot to wait 10-15 min for a pizza that could’ve already been made while I was on the way up there!!!! So inconsiderate and the women was very rude!!! Claimed her name was Lauren, don’t really believe that but the manager will be getting a call in the morning!!!!

A lady swept the floor and then came to the counter, took our order and gave us a box of pizza. When I asked her to wash her hands, she said “I DEAL WITH DIRTY MONEY ALL DAY, I DON’T HAVE TO WASH MY HANDS”. I said, ma’am, that’s nasty. She said, I DONT HANDLE FOOD SO ITS NOT NASTY”. I said reaching in the over and handing me my box of pizza is nasty. Then a man came up front to give us pizza. He said I was rude and she did nothing wrong by not washing her hands. He tried to serve us some old dry pizza at 10:30pm. I took my refund and left. They both are nasty and violated the public food health code!

Little Ceasers at 1595 Holmes Rd., Ypsilanti
The delivery should have been real simple with only 4 turns and you’ll be at my home, 6 mins away, but no, it taken Mary about 15mins or so to find me. Stayed she couldn’t locate me when I’ve given direct and simple instructions, turn by turn. I tried calling and texting her, but she refused to answer, hate that I prepaid a tip. Then I receive the food is it look NOTHING like the crazy bread and ITALIAN cheese bread. There was no little white cheese sprinkles, completely dry looking, seemingly S if someone licked it all off.
The bread seemed formed by a 1 yr old with torn pieces. The smell of both is disgusting. I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong location and called them immediately to cancel with the male manager stating I’m too late, its already being made. In 2 mins, it’s already being made? No refunds. Contact corporate.

This is hands down the best Little Caesars I’ve ever been to! The service is always quick, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. The guy with the dreads at the cashier is especially awesome — super polite, fast, and professional. He definitely deserves a raise!

I like Little Caesars pizza, but the store is the dirties place I have been in. It is filthy in there!!! The young guy on the register couldn’t make change without using his phone. The pizza I wanted they didn’t have so no it is not “Hot & Ready” you have to wait. Not to mention that it was slightly cold pizza!!

It depends on who’s at the front register if you’re ordering. Some people enjoy their jobs, and some just are terrible people and just horrible. Also, sometimes they answer the and sometimes they don’t. But sometimes you can get what you ask for and expect a great pizza!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Little Caesars. After eating their pizza, I ended up with a severe case of food poisoning that left me vomiting and with diarrhea for hours. This was not only unpleasant but also very concerning. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously to ensure no one else has to go through this.

We normally order 2 pizzas, wings, and Crazy Bread. And extra Crazy sauce. We order from this establishment at least twice a month. We feel lucky if:
1. Our pizzas are made correctly.
2. We get our wings/Crazy bread.
3. The marinara sauce that comes with the bread we ordered. Let alone the extra sauce we pay for.
Normally, we get 1/3. My wife knows the franchisee, which is the only reason I’ve let it last this long. We will never order from them again.
