This will be our last time going to this location. When they were shut down for re-modeling toward the end of this summer and using the Brownstown location, food was good, service was good, wait times good. Now that they have opened their newly re-modeled Trenton location it’s gone to crap! We just ordered there, I get the cheese puffs. Well they were basically dough and no cheese. Tired of the crappy way they make the food here. Like most everyone else we use the app to order. The app tells you a time to pick up. Almost every time, there is a back up and we stand there and wait an additional 30-45 minutes for our food. Bad enough we have to wait so long. The least you could do is make sure to make the food is made right and cooked properly. Wish I could give zero stars. I’m ashamed to say we have gone here multiple times and nothing has changed. We were hoping it was re-opening issues but obviously that’s not the case.

My order is always wrong and the pizza is never cut evenly. Some pieces are the size of my palm and others the size of my face, literally. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza this time and the crust was just a regular crust with salt on it. On top of that and the janky slice sizes, the box was literally soaked in grease. Looked like it had been used over and over again and they finally decided to put a pizza in it and send it off. It was nasty! When we called and spoke to a manager we spoke with Chelsea I think she said her name was. Chelsea or Kelsey. She was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. She claimed she made the pizza and cut it herself and claimed that it was perfect. Then she went on to say that she isnt a robot and isnt perfect. She was completely condescending. By far the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever spoken with in general not just at a little caesars.

I didnt call and act a fool. I just wanted my order fixed and she immediately took personal offense to what I had complained about and she lost her mind on me.
Not to mention that they literally NEVER have anything ready. Not hot n ready not even crazy bread. The wait is always a minimum of an hour if you walk in to order.
This is by far the worst little caesars I have ever been to in my life.

Who waits 2 hours for a hot n ready? One times a flook but everytime I go here me or my wife wait an hour+ easy. The whole point is quick, cheap pizza. I’d rather pay 40 bucks at any actually pizzeria to get a better pizza quicker than a hot n ready.

What a disaster. I’ve been here a few times and usually had good luck, but my wife always has issues with it taking forever for the order to be ready (as in, 30-60 minutes later then they said it would be ready). As usual, she was right, as I’ve now experienced the same issues that her and so many others in the reviews have.
Seriously, don’t order from here. I’ve had a lot of bad Little Caesar’s experiences over the years, but this was by far the worse. How they stay in business, I have no clue.
If anyone from corporate actually reads these, it’s time to yank the franchise license and close the store. You’re doing more damage than good to your reputation here.

It was a horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place at all. The workers here are rude and disrespectful. And occasionally when I order from here the food is either burnt, raw, wrong or missing something. Not to mention the place is disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. Can’t even get a hot n ready without waiting forever for it! 0/10 do not recommend.

Be prepared to wait. Based on past experience, I’ve started ordering via the app and showing up about 10 minutes after the order is supposed to be ready, because it is NEVER ready when it estimated it will be. This even happens when I order hours in advance. They just can’t seem to manage to get the food ready according to a specific time. The last time I went in I ordered via the mobile app at 10:35 AM, scheduled it for a 4 PM pick up time. When I got to the restaurant at 4:07, I noticed an email from 2:54 PM. My order was canceled. No reason why. My credit card information has not changed, I’ve ordered via this method multiple times in the past. And I have a huge amount of credit available on this credit card so it was not declined. I also confirmed the credit card was not blocked. I was told by the person at the cashier that if I order right then it will be ready in 10 minutes. Everyone around me knows this little Caesars always gets busy never has stuff ready on time so I went ahead and did that and went out and sat in the car. I went back in 15 minutes later, to find that my pizza was just put in the oven. It took 35 minutes to get my pizza. Additionally, it seems like they did not have enough staff to have somebody helping people at the register and getting orders, packaged up and ready to go. There was one guy who was packing up the orders and then had to take a break walk over to the register, take orders, etc. I should have known better based on my past experience, that it’s just never gonna be good here. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house so if I want cheap pizza, this is where I must go.
From April, I have pics of what I ordered vs what I got. Quality, speed, customer service all are not great here. But if you keep your expectations low, you still get pizza cheaper here than almost everywhere.

What’s the point of having a HOT N’READY pizza this location doesn’t EVER have anything ready…EVER! Everytime I come here they tell you 10-15 minute wait which often ends up being longer for a HOT N’READY. The employees move at a snails pace and I see people walking out before getting to order all the time because the wait is redicilous. You think the owner would care about lost profits and do something…look at ALL the ONE STAR REVIEWS! Horrible!

I’m giving zero stars for this location. I don’t know where to begin. I’ve tried to order food here a total of 4 separate occasions and evertime without fail its a nightmare!! They will tell you 30 minutes for a hot and ready which doesn’t exist here and you will soon find yourself waiting over an hour. The staff here have no sense of urgency. Honestly I don’t know where this disconnect is between time and preparing pizzas. You will get alot of “I’m sorry” but that’s all. I waited for an hour and a half for 1 pizza only to find out it still was not even in the oven. Unexceptable!!! The managers and the owner aswell as the little ceasers name should be very ashamed of this location. Shut it down!! It’s the worst I’ve ever seen. Very dirty in there and the employees don’t even wear gloves. NASTY!!! AND NEVER AGAIN!!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION !!Go down the street to Trenton,I feel like it’s almost my fault because I keep coming back giving this place a chance hoping thier service will get better. IT WILL NOT! Save yourself the headache and time and go to Trenton location if you live in this area. They never have hot n readys at this location and the staff is young and incompetent (which is understandable for teenagers). Really bad.
