Drove 20 mins to get pizzas love the place and they are usually good but the lady said your set and I said everything is here and she said yes. I loaded up got home and we had 9 pizzas ordered and missing 1 pizza not big deal but birthday party has started don’t want to leave. I tried calling them non stop and no one answered and then would just go dead. Just wish I counted the pizzas before I left rather than depend on employee telling me I’m good. Hopefully they refund me my pizza or give me a free one next time.

WOW I’m famished. I would like to buy a budget friendly meal and a little Caesar’s pizza is right in front of Walmart. But because of the terrible service I received ages ago and was never contacted by anyone from corporate I refuse to spend another dime at little Caesar’s. Now this protest might not mean much but for a struggling restaurant (like this one, the parking lot is always empty). Those little dollars I would’ve spent would’ve added to this stores profits for the year. But I guess just keep offering that bottom tier customer service you all offer. Little Caesar’s as whole is just but I guess what can one expect from a place that thinks their customers owe them something.

I still haven’t spent another dime at this location. From my calculations this store has missed out on potentially hundreds of dollars from me. Oh well this is the number one preforming store in all of Washtenaw county they don’t need my money
Update: 9/11/25 11:12a.m I’m sitting in the Walmart parking lot and Im famished. But I won’t spend another dollar here…I’ll go spend it at your competitors
Update visited 5/24/23 2:40p.m. : I called on 5/12/23 and spoke to the same manager who served me the night before. She confirmed my name was in the system, and I planned to leave a positive review, but that has changed.
During my visit to get my replacement pizza, the white manager with tattoos treated me with aggression that I believe is biased against Black customers. It’s hard to imagine she speaks to white customers this way. Additionally, a male employee with her did not intervene. Both need training on customer service, as their behavior is detrimental to the business.
On 5/11/23 at 9:11 p.m., I purchased a cheese hot and ready pizza, but the crust was hard and crunchy. It shouldn’t take long for pizza to become that way in a warmer. I will not be returning to this location.

Ive been coming to this location for over 4 years now. Its a thing I do with my kids where we get pizza every saturday. We go back and forth between hungry howies and here, depending on how were feeling. Everytime I come here the hot and readys are getting worse and worse to the point where the one I just purchased is completely inedible. Opened it up at home and its completely burnt AND cold. The entire crust is so hard it hurts your teeth to even chew. My son LOVES little caesars, its his favorite place. Ive had enough though, I told him we will no longer come back to this location anymore. I understand hot n readys arent supposed to be the best quality in the world but this pizza im looking at is pathetic. And its been like this about 90% of the time over the last year coming here. Save your time and money, go anywhere else. Especially since the price of everything is up to where its now the same price almost as the other places.

No complaints about the staff. But $7 hot and ready now with the cheapo Jiffy Mix pizza crust? That stuff is all crunchy and has so many voids. It’s so thin and not half the pizza of what it used to be. I made pizza at home several times, and one time we used the Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix. Turned out exactly like this. This new crust that Little Caesars outlets have been slowly rolling out for the last 2 years is just pure crazy scamming. If I wanted to eat a toasted smashed bagel I’d throw one in the road during July.
Just get a Costco or Sam’s club membership and get pizza from them instead, or even buy a frozen pizza from Walmart.

My son was short on $$$. A really nice employee named ANDRE spotted him the rest he needed out of his wallet. That was so sweet of you thank you so much. Due to his kindness I went back and bought more pizza.

Haven’t had Little Caesars in over 30 years, but had to give their crazy puffs a try. Pepperoni cup cake lol… I like the exterior crust and make sure to get the pizza sauce to dip into.
Also got the buffalo wings… the wings were small, but they poured like a cup of buffalo sauce in the container 🙂
Pick up was simple, went in, found which heater the food was in, entered my code, the door opened, grabbed my food and left. I love how things has changed, no interaction with anyone at the store!
