Returned the pizza the first time because they got it wrong and added pepperoni, no problem! Mistakes happen but when we take it back into the store and the employee has as attitude. Get a new ‘pretzel pizza’ burnt full of grease and NO cheese sauce. If I could give a 0 I 100% would. Waste of time don’t go here.

You guys have a 1999 bundle deal for the Lions when you put in the deal online your system automatically makes it a deal where the coupon can’t be applied so I came into the store because the bottom line is this is your business so you should be able to accommodate me as long as I’m showing you that it’s accurate The manager was definitely standoffish. It was very offputting. She didn’t care. She said that the online had nothing to do with her in her store and they don’t know anything and there’s nothing they can do so she turned around in order that was about to be over $40 And last I checked you’re not supposed to turn any money down and she was rude. The worker that I came in and talk to she was so nice pretty curly hair, respectful, honey. She went back to that manager, and that manager wanted to do anything just to get me out of the store. This is not a good Little Caesars location Dont patron here they don’t care about their customers and last I checked with me being in customer service for over 30 years. I thought that that was number one priority. Now I’m about to go to another location that always treats me special And I’m pretty sure they’re gonna accommodate me Dont patron This location. This is not the first time they have been rude to me, but this is definitely the last time that I will be here so it’s time to tell y’all the truth about what’s really going on at this location.

Called ahead to have 5 pizzas ready at a specific time. When I arrived, the pizzas were ready and hot. The person that worked the phone was friendly and polite. The manager was wonderful. I’d go back again to this location. My normal location would not help me with my call ahead order. Give location a shot

The Zesty cheese bread was awesome. Loved it…supreme deep dish was not cooked all the way through, doughy bread, that was supposed to be for the adults of the home. Most expensive pizza was the worst. The round pizza was alright also (was a large 3 meat). I got 3 boxes of the cheese bread tho most expensive also the guy acted like was alot to give me two sauces when really I’m sure for that meal at that price each box should come w its own sauce. ♂️ also, why isn’t the sauce heated anymore? That use to be the best.

Pizza Pizza Googlers! Another stop 2 drop ✨️ on thee old map trap cap pap sap locations. Lol # New 1!! Randomly pulled into this plaza. We were driving bye as we seen a man walking ♂️ with a Hot n Ready ! Oh yeah It’s BACK pretzel Pizza . This location was BUSY. Not KIDDING!! In and Out Pizza lovers kept coming &going. Amazing ! Waited ✋️ about 10 minutes for a fresh pizza pie . Thanks ✝️ everyone. Stay cheesy and saucy

BEWARE : DON’T EAT HERE – EMPLOYEES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WASH THEIR HANDS!!! DISGUSTING AND A HEALTH VIOLATION !!!
The cashier touched the register and then proceeded to go to the back a make my pizza over after he messed it up. He didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves, and when confronted he stated he was the manager and that the employees are not required to use gloves. But that he used hand sanitizer to clean his hands ” As If hand sanitizer is more effective than soap and water that is not to far from the kitchen.” When I asked for a refund and the corporate number he gave some 1-800 number which is not corporate it’s a customer service number and then told be that because I paid with Apple Pay I couldn’t get a cash refund.
PS : Will be report to the health department as well as the licensing and regulatory affairs department.
