Hahaha they understood olives on half but holy smokes! Lmao. I ordered online and then a friend ordered in store shortly after me for hot n readys. They have been there waiting for an hour.
This is a common issue. Yall know when your busy times are, hot n readys should be stacked and going non stop. I’ve work at Little Caesers in Howell before the stores turned corporate and this kind of services was NEVER acceptable.

Honestly sucks, they no longer have their own drivers and partner with door dash and thats the first issue. I ordered a pizza around 330pm and it kept getting delayed and delayed, so I went to pick it up myself. So by the time I actually got to the store it was 430pm. They no longer wanted to give me the original pizza because it had sat so long, so I agreed to wait since they gave me a full refund. That was mistake number 2. It took a whole 35-40minutes until another stuffed crust pizza was made. Keep in mind I order a stuffed pretzel crust pizza with pizza sauce instead of the standard cheese sauce. What I got at the end of the day was a stuffed crust pizza with cheese sauce and just thick ground salt thrown on top. So from soggy pizza, wait times beyond belief, and still the wrong order being placed in my hands. As the reviews suggest. If you want fast and reliable, you pretty much can only get a hot and ready or id suggest going across the street to Marcos just to skip the headache.

Might be the WORST pizza place experience I have ever had In my life. First of all I go in there and for 10 mins nobody ever acknowledges my existence I just sit there in silence, once I’m helped he doesn’t even greet me he just stared at me. Then to top it off the “15 minute wait” was 35 and the pizza was undercooked had maybe 15 pepperonis on it and was so unevenly disturbed, the worst pizza I have ever consumed. This doesn’t go for all little ceasars because I have enjoyed others in the past, even this location. But the last year or so this location has been awful, unreliable, and disgusting.

Little Ceasar’s is great if you manage your expectations. The company didn’t raise the price past $5 until 2022, but now we’re near $7. That’s still pretty great for basically a full day’s worth of food. The food from this location is usually pretty good, I find their pizza portal slightly finicky, the people do not really seem to want to engage which is alright. Unsure if I would say that the “hot and ready” function of this location is reliable, I’ve learned to just order ahead and be patient.

Stopped in here to grab lunch for the family and was highly impressed with the cleanliness and speed of just the two employees working. For being short staffed, these two employees worked hard, weren’t messing around, and took care of business.
The customer service was top notch and I was able to customize my family’s order with ease. The wait itself was approximately 15 minutes to have three pizzas, an order of pepperoni cheese bread, and a lunch combo made fresh.
Nothing was burnt or wrong with our order. If anything, it was all made to perfection. I honestly feel the pictures speak for themselves.
The prices are super affordable and way cheaper than what I use to pay when I lived in the city. After getting home, all I heard was the family talk about how delicious their food tasted. I know for a fact my family and I will definitely be coming back in the future to come.
I am not sure why another reviewer would claim they paid an extra $2.00 to have light sauce because I had all the pizzas made with light sauce and was not charged extra.
I also think it’s pretty neat how this pizza place is connected to the grocery store next door.
For anyone who has a teenager who is at least 16 years old and looking for a job, they are hiring at this specific location.

I must express my disappointment in having to give Little Caesar’s Pizza a five-star rating solely based on the exceptional service provided by Tyler. While I appreciate how Tyler went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, I can’t help but mention that Andrew is an absolute nightmare.
Andrew might be the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life! His attitude during our visit left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Despite his appalling behavior, it’s a shame that he tarnishes what would otherwise be an outstanding establishment with his atrocious demeanor.

Every single time I go to this location its terrible. They hardly have anyone working, no one understands customer service, and its always an extremely long wait. I’ve called to place an order and the guy that answered the phone told me it was a 40 minute wait, I said that’s fine. He then went on to tell me how they close in an hour and acted like I just ruined his night. I hung up and went to Marcos accross the street. Fingers crossed this location closes down and something better takes its place. If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would.
