Called ahead to ask if they have any Cheese pizza ready for the Hot And Ready. They said yes. I got there in 3 minutes and they told me they do not have any ready and I will have to what. Then makes a pizza with poor toppings. I’ll go out of my way next time or get Hungry Howies.

My experience was a good one. It was clean, they were friendly and efficient, and the pizza was tasty. I had ordered a bunch of pizzas on the fly for additional food for a graduation party and they had them done & ready for me in around 20 minutes.

Their crazy bread is hit or miss but when it’s good it’s really good!! The staff has always been awesome and polite while I’ve been in and my pizza is usually good! Only have had 1 or 2 serious issues with quality since I’ve been ordering from here!

Outside of ordering ahead; this location is very unreliable for having any pizza ready to order. I stopped by on a slow Wednesday night with no one else in the lobby, there were two employees present in the back of the shop. I asked what they had “ready” and there was nothing but cheese puffs. What’s the point of having a “Hot-n-ready” if it’s not available without a 20-25 minute wait on a slow Wednesday night?

Beware, I was over charged about $5.00 on a $20.00 order. I placed an order via phone, picked up, price seemed a little high but I was assured it was correct. Double checked the website price and the same order would have been $4.40 cheaper if placed through online. It was a really simple order for a couple pizzas, and I know it’s not much but it’s irritating and I think future customers should know too.

8/27 just got done picking up a order. Building had just lost power when I had got there. Wonderfully nice lady with the cool hair was extremely apologetic and did everything she could with what she had. I used to love their deep dish pizza. I haven’t been there for a long time. Yesterday I went for convience since it was on my travel route. First, I was so impressed with the young man who greeted me. So pleasant and even entertaining. He read back my order in a lyrical manner (he might not have known he was) that I started rocking with him! So we had a good giggle. He made the atmosphere fun. But the deep dish pizza wasn’t up to his quality. It was the crust, it seemed like a store bought pre- baked crust. I don’t know if the regular pizzas would be the same. I hope not.
