I just waited 15 minutes for a disgusting pizza and overcooked bread. I think your employees need to be retrained. I should have went to Marcos. Never again will I order pizza here. Word of mouth spreads quick!

My daughter order a pizza estimate time was for 12:30 pm she waited outside in her car. She was waiting for the order till 1:15 pm. Still not ready. She couldn’t wait any longer I told her to go and I would pick up the pizza. I arrived at 1:38 pm to pick it up.
They couldn’t find the order another girl came up and found the order in the system and stated “It was really busy so we might have given it away to someone else by accident”. They gave us a refund, never apologized for this issue.
I asked her what she was going to give my daughter for the inconvenience all she stated ” I gave her a refund, we dont give coupons.” This customer service was horrible and I won’t be coming back. I do not even want to give 1 star, this place doesn’t deserve any stars.

Constantly undercooking the pizzas. To the point where most of it is straight up bread dough. Store doesn’t care. They get plenty of business from people who care more about it being cheap than it being fully cooked. Gross.

Round pizzas were normal could be cut better but if they are busy I understand the rush and why the pizza isn’t cut all the way. Don’t recommend ordering a deep dish from this specific location because apparently the photo attached is a deep dish in their eyes! They tried telling me it was a deep dish that the dough is completely different for a deep dish than a regular round pizza which I know that’s why I ordered a deep dish but this looks like a round pizza dough put into a deep dish pan and cooked… so don’t get the deep dish unless you want the GM to argue with you.

This is the most atrocious representation of an international pizza juggernaut.
The “Detroit-Style deep dish” pizza is an utter joke – as a hand-stretched, oval, improperly cut, un-proportioned topped (see photo}, un-proofed, improperly prepared, product.
Couple that with the utter lack of careconcern for what the customer needs/wants
Do NOT order from this Little Cesar’s -Lambertville, MI, location, – you’ve been warned.
I pray for two things for this illustrious company; 1) Please respond to this review.
2) Find an owner – with a good management team – to turn this terrible representation of ‘Little Cesar’s ‘ back around… Or else… Close.

The past 2 months the service has drastically went down. To be honest from the reviews it doesn’t seem like anyone in management or ownership looks at these reviews. I dont know why im wasting my time typing this. YALL NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. A few of the workers that are there are fantastic but who’s training. I wanna say no one because why should anyone need help ringing an order into the computer?? They wouldn’t if they were trained. And also I ordered a cheese pizza and got a pepperoni. Some people dont eat meat. Yall are wrong for that.
