I waited an hour for my food just to fine. It was undercooked. I did not pay for my order. I tried to go to the bathroom. The whole entire place is completely disgusting from head to toe is filthy. They probably don’t wash their hands or take care of nothing because the whole entire place is trashed and me and 10 other people waited way too long for undercooked trash Pizza I used to like Little Caesars I thought it was a great place but I think I need to go somewhere else. I will never go back there again. The place was totally unsanitary starting with the door and the bathroom is just going in make you think twice about eating they’re disgusting food. and on top of waiting an hour for my food there’s pretty much zero customer service at the desk with 10 people staring in the space not cool. I’m not really wanting to complain, but I think people must know about this location

Horrible experience my pizza took over an hour to make when my estimate was 30 minutes and when I picked it up my ultimate Philly cheesesteak pizza I ordered, it had absolutely zero meat on it. I paid $15 for a mushroom and pepper pizza from little Caesars when what I ordered was a Philly CHEESE STEAK pizza. No refund or reduction in price was provided. Absolutely ridiculous. I even called the store to complain and after 30 mins of no answer at 5:15pm I hung up

Stranded at the counter for 28 min before greeting or being helped. I understand there only seemed to be two of them on a Thursday night ( black man and white girl with blonde hair) but customer service is everything I’m not complaining about the 30 min wait time after my order was taken just the service and they fact they said they ran out of what I was getting is crazy and had to get refunded never again to this location

Don’t rely on Google or anything they have posted for hours. Don’t make the mistake I did – actually call and speak to someone to make sure they are open. 5 times I’ve been up there and it’s been closed when it was supposed to be open. Everything is usually made really well and consistently, it’s the cutting and whoever puts it in the box that screws it up – particularly when it comes to the deep dish pizzas. The box is almost always closed down into the pizza itself, and it very much ruins the deliciousness that should be the crust.

The service has gone to the bottom of the dumpster into the trash juice.
Over 1 hour before I was handed my ONE pizza that I ordered, this is two times in a row, 1 month apart.
Old world pepperoni cost more and you’re supposed to get it covering the pizza,
so why do I have like five cups on my whole pizza???
and the pizza was cold!

Walked in the cashier called out a name no one answered. Everyone was helped so i proceeded to the front counter. And he walked away over 15 mins. Then came up just order crazy puffs. Ready to cash me out and walked away again 8 mins with puffs on the counter and came back gave everyone there orders which not a big deal then walked away again. I stared at him and said I just want to pay and go. Get in my car and the puffs cold over done with butter and parmesan cheese very salty. Just disgusted. Needs more helpful staff. Or needs better staff.

If there is 0 star it would be better review, 1 star is too much, 1 year ago i stoped going there for bad service and bad timing and bad food but i didn’t wanted to give bad review, today i was like let try them again maybe they’ve changed but no still same even worse i don’t know how this company still running till know all their locations bad.
I ordered food at 6:58pm from dearborn heights ford rd location they told me 20 minutes , at 7:30 pm i arrived to the store they spent 10 minutes looking for my order and then they said i must ordered from other location, i showed them the phone number and the address and they still denied. After i left the store i called same phone number 2 minutes later and the checked the address guess what they was same location. Bad location dont go there. Go to hungry howies better

Ordered one whole hour before it closed down. Once I arrived at store, they had the door closed (40 mins before posted closing time). Other customers were knocking on the door to get thier orders and then let one have their order. When I tried to check for mine they said they didn’t recieve antything. They have apparently cancelled my order for no reason. complete BS.

Worst experience of my life. I pre-ordered an Italian cheese bread 30 minutes prior to arriving and then proceeded to have to wait 20 minutes before being served even though there was only one person in front of me also not being served. When I received the ICB it was burnt. Over cooked. Inedible. Never going to this location again

I waited 2 hours for my food and went in to check on it 3 times and when it was finally done, I was like this is ridiculous It shouldn’t be taking 2 hours for 2 pizzas and I asked can I be compensated a 2ldr or at the very least a discount and he said yea I can do that. After he refunds the money he takes my pizza away and says that I can’t have it anymore, at that point I just walked out. I used to work for little Caesars and let me tell you it does not take 2 hours for 2 hot and readys, it doesn’t even take half an hour.
