I did an online order for some cheese puffs and they were so horrible tasting. They were put in the oven at 12:45 and done by 12:51. No butter no Italian seasoning and barely any cheese.

This is their version of “extra most bestest” that I waited half hour for. Besides the fancy cutting job there is less pepperoni on it than a regular hot and ready. It’s burnt and there is no sauce on it at all. I’m definitely never going to this location again. Garbage

This location is trash. Dude cutting the pizza kept wiping his nose and pulling his pants up. He was cutting the pizza to were pieces were falling off the box and then he just put them back! Our bread sticks were ice cold as well. I know you get what you pay for however this is still peoples food!

Pretzel salt mostly on the cheese and not on the crust. Cold undercooked crazy bread (even more so than normal at any other Little Caesars). I guess they tried?? For a delivery two blocks away, It was $20 for a $9 order. Learned my lesson.

Tyler C is very rude and arrogant. After completely ignoring the lobby full of people for 10 minutes. He makes an announcement stating “there is a 25 minute wait for all hot and ready’s”. After he finished his statement I told him that I had a pick up order. He continued cleaning the lobby rearranging cases of pop and behaving as if we all were not standing there. When he saw two more customers come into the crowded lobby, he finally went back behind the customer but only to walk to the back and check his phone and then come to the register. Here is where my frustration furthered. Tyler acted as if he had done nothing wrong and simply asked what I needed. I told him AGAIN, that I was there to pick up a phone order for the name Kiara. He told me my total. I paid and asked if they could put butter and parm all over the pizza. He told me that it would be an additional $2 for that. I said okay but asked for a receipt showing that I had paid $2 for butter and Parmesan. Tyler then gave me an itemized receipt for the pizza and wings I had ordered but nothing that showed the additional payment. I expressed my confusion and that I wanted a full receipt showing my added on payment. Tyler goes into the system and types in “toppings on the side” and prints off a receipt that shows a total of $2.12. If you tell me that I am paying for an item, then there should be a place on my receipt that specifically says that item, and nothing that is basically “miscellaneous” because if that’s the case then I should not have had to pay anything additional!
I left the store only to get home and see that the items that I had just paid more for, were not even present on the pizza.
I never have a good experience here and though it is close and convenient, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was craving a delicious deep dish from little ceasers and boyy was I disappointed. There was like no cheese on the pizza, it was more doughy then soft. The cheese pizza they crisped a little too much, when you order a most best cheese pizza it’s obviously for the cheese the woman working wasn’t wearing gloves putting the pepperoni on the pizzas she was making, not sure if they are supposed to. The guy who was running the counter was so rude to a gentleman who was just trying to order some pizza and bread sticks. They were just very unorganized for the 3 people in their restaurant. I felt uncomfortable I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this little ceasers.
