Me and the kids love some Little Caesar’s however this location needs to do better. Look at the first breadstick I pulled out of the bag ♀️ and EVERY time you ask and pay for extra butter parm on the pizza I bet you your next pizza they forget it so just remember to smell/check before so they can fix it. They clearly forgot the butter on the breadsticks

I placed an order over the phone, they told me it would be ready @3:39. So I show up @3:39. And watch the cashier give what I ordered to a customer in front of me. So five minutes later I was finally helped. Just to be told it would be another five minutes. I asked why they just gave the same order to a lady who just walked in and asked for the same thing,keep in mind she didn’t order it ahead of time. So I go to my car and wait another 5 minutes. Go back in and no one is at the register! So I step to the side and ask if it is ready? Well it wasn’t. And then one of the workers got mad, and told me to shut up or I wasn’t going to get anything. Keep in mind it is now 25mins. After my order was supposed to be ready. I called corporate(no answer) from customer service after 40mins of waiting. When I told the worker I was on the phone to customer service. She replied they don’t care, and if I don’t shut up I will have to leave. Then I just asked for my money back. And she could handle that either, so another employee had to give it back. I said I won’t be back and the employee said, good because we don’t want you back Happys will be my pizza place. This was beyond disturbing!

Currently sitting outside waiting to get my order. I’ve been ordering from this place for years. Usually it is fast speedy and friendly. The past 6 months however you have to wait 40 minutes for your order no matter what it is. I put in my order early at 5 for a pick up time of 6. It is currently 622 and I still am waiting. I didn’t order a lot or anything crazy either. Half cheese half pepperoni, a stuffed crust, and a crazy bread. I mean out of curiosity are you trying to tank this store since every thing else in this complex has closed? I just have kids that want to eat and this wait time is getting very ridiculous.
Update: and the food was made wrong. We are hungry. We aren’t going back, we are just going to deal with the disappointment and eat it.

Everything about this place is horrible. I stood inside for 12 minutes and no one greeted me. I had to walk in the back and ask them to allow me to buy food.
Once i got my food, it was pooled in grease. The bread sticks were literally just cooked dough with 0 flavoring on them. The cheesy bread was dunked in oil. The pizza was thin and had more grease than sauce somehow.
Even the box broke in half the second i opened it.
As for the establishment, the signs were falling off the wall, the fridge completely empty. The floor covered in dirt and slush and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks.
As i waited for my food (after asking them to help me) people came in and waited so long to be helped they just left.
A man was informed his pizza had been burnt and was needing to be remade so his wait time was restarted.
Im not sure how a place could be this bad even if they were trying. I wish i could give 0 stars. This was once the best little caesars. Shame. Its now the worst restaurant experience of my life.
I will NEVER go back here.

I waited 20 minutes just for someone to take my order—and that only happened because I had to literally call out for an employee to come to the counter. After that, it was another 25 minutes to actually get the food.
When I finally opened the pizza, the box immediately broke, which honestly should’ve been a warning. The pizza was so greasy it was sickening after one bite. Same with the Italian cheese bread—absolutely drenched in grease to the point where it was hard to eat.
The Crazy Bread was somehow the opposite problem: no butter, no cheese, no flavor. Just… dry bread.
The entire time, the workers were clowning around in the back instead of working, which explains the wait. I even watched one employee hand someone a pizza and apologize because they burned it.
They had five workers on shift, yet the place was still a mess. The overall upkeep was disgusting, and the drink fridges—normally full of beverages—were completely empty.
Long waits, horrible service, greasy food, zero quality control. Easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.

Seems like lazy management, not the worst little Caesar’s but not the best. Workers are so-so, they will never greet you or have a hot and ready w/o a 15min wait no matter the time of day, doesn’t restock their zak-packs ever (the seasoning packets) order online if you want a hot and ready.

Worst experience at a Little Caesars ever had to wait a whole hour for a pick up order was supposed to be ready at 10:30. We get there and he says give him an extra 10 minutes. Ended up having to wait an extra 35 minutes wasn’t apologetic or anything

Worst Little Ceasars we’ve ever had. This is the 3rd and last time we will order here! Ordered the simplest pepperoni and cheese pizza, crazy bread on line. Had to wait 40 mins for food just to be given crazy bread that was as hard as a rock, freezing cold and the pizzas were the same. Old, cold and they are always short staffed. Would recommend paying more or going to another Little Ceasars – this location should be closed! They also won’t answer the phone so not able to speak to staff to rectify the situation.
