Like..yall should be embarrassed. I could have just bought the $6 pizza if that’s the quality you were gonna give me.
I know it’s quick cheap pizza, but if I’m going to pay $13 at a LITTLE CEASARS I should get better than the damn hot n ready quality. This is like my 3rd time dealing with the lack of making what the hell I ordered. I’m good on this location officially

Ordered delivery for 2 pizzas, crazy bread, and a dessert. After 1 hour, only crazy bread (without sauce) and dessertr delivered. Contacted store and when I let them know pizzas had not been delivered I was put on hold indefinitely – clearly employees just didn’t want to deal with it. For a low-level pizza chain, seems that at least delivering the pizza would be a bar that could be achieved.

I’m not exactly sure what goes on at this location anymore, I ordered a pizza on 02/19/25, order number 1064234. We ordered a deep dish, a cheese bread, crazy puffs, a side of sauce, and a soda. When we spend $33 on food, I don’t expect my deep dish to be raw in the middle of it. I except this to be an extreme violation, especially if they’re going to feed me raw dough

Little Caesars has lost its way. They make garbage food at cheap prices. If I wanted to pay 15 dollars for a pizza I would rather go ANYWHERE else. Remember why you’re famous, cheap quality, cheap prices.

This place used to be decent but today we received a wrong pizza AGAIN for at least the 4th time this year. The first time we called and they told us there was nothing that they could do about it and that their system wouldn’t even allow for them to replace it with a free, correct pizza. They informed us that we should call customer support for a refund. The second time this happened, we just let it slide and didn’t even bother to contact anyone but when it happened a third time, we called customer support and again received a refund. I just hung up with customer support who has issued a ticket as well as a refund. After 4 times in about as many months, I’m done with this place. I have no idea why it would be so difficult to get a round pizza with NO sauce but with extra cheese but apparently that is a big challenge at this location.
My kids love Little Caesars but it looks like I’ll be looking for a new location. Hopefully the next place can get this straight.

Polite, quick, efficient. I normally come to this place every once in a while I prefer this little Caesars over other especially for both taste and the dough is cooled to the right temp and crispy ness.

I bought an order with little ceasers and we found plastic in our food, i think it’s from the utensils they used to oil the pizza. I tried calling them and I waited 40 minutes and they didn’t pick up.

Ordered through LC website for delivery. Driver gets there-outsourced to doordash- and somehow someone else took my order, and they refused to remake it, telling the driver to tell me to call the help line and its not their problem. Really unprofessional, and how did they let someone else take the food in the first place, besides the driver with the code? Very unprofessional.
Edit: i tried again, a month later. This time my pizzas, supposed to be crazy crust, were plain. So that unchanged was wasted. And my stuffed crazy bread was literally raw on the inside, full of dough, and a cold stick of cheese. Im floored. I guess as long as this is the only store that delivers to my home, I will not be returning. Really a shame, ive gone to this location since i was a kid. Very disappointed.

This is hands down the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve been to. Every time I come here, the staff is incredibly rude and impatient. The never have Hot-and-Ready pizzas ready.
