So I picked up an order for DoorDash and they had multiple pizzas and they left all the pineapples on the Hawaiian clumped in the middle and they left all the veggies pizza toppings clumped in the middle. I asked him why he did that and he couldn’t explain. Obviously, they’re not trained very well cause the West Stadium Ann Arbor store doesn’t do that! They train the workers how to make a proper pizza, and a real Detroit deep dish correctly unlike this store! Papa John’s, they have AREA SUPERVISORS!!! they could randomly come in and inspect things and if they saw a $250 catering order coming out of the oven that looked like that this you would NOT be working there anymore. That was my catering order. My customers aren’t gonna be happy. One of the workers dropped the Pizza cutter on the floor and then picked it up off the floor and started using it. You can’t do that once it hits the floor. It’s got it has to go to the dish tank. That is against food code. He was also wearing a very dirty pair of jeans that looked weeks old that he had never washed. I’d be concerned about getting food poisoning from this place.

On a recent visit to Ann Arbor, I stopped in for a pizza. I was greeted when I came into the store. My order was taken quickly and there was just a brief wait for the pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with crazy sauce. I was happily surprised with how tasty it was. Next time I visit Ann Arbor, I am definitely coming back here.

I ordered a take out last Sunday around 8:00. I walked in and placed an order. The lady at the front didn’t ask me for a receipt, and didn’t ask for a name, and never told me how long my food would take. She just walked away after take my order and started chatting with a coworker. After sitting there for fifteen minutes, a different girl asked me to give her a name on the order. It was very unprofessional, and it felt targeted. I don’t think I will be back.

Placed my order at 6:18pm. After an hour of waiting, I asked about my order, and was told itd be ready in a little while. I asked the lady, who was not very pleasant, if it normally took over an hour to make the pizza. She immediately got an attitude and said that, yes it does normally take over an hour. Never in my life have I waited more than 30 mins for a pizza to be made. As im waiting, someone I know was also picking up a pizza and he had place his order only 25 mins ago. So obviously it doesn’t normally take an hour or more. This lady doesn’t need to work in customer service if she is going to get an attitude for a customer asking a question after waiting over an hour. Very unprofessional. Will not order from this location ever again. I’ll gladly drive 25 mins to the next closest location. Bc I would have had my order and been back home eating before my order was even ready at this location.

Every pizza I get is inconsistent and I’ve had missing items or toppings, the final straw was today I ordered an hour in advance for my work lunch and the store took my order and money but locked their doors before I could pick up my order. I even saw workers arguing with their customers, I’m getting a chargeback for my purchase and lil Caesars is making it difficult. No amount of discounts or coupons can make up for this instance, I had to eat at a gas station for lunch!

Same comment as many others… food is cold and old. Did not cut either of the pizzas we ordered. Customized a pan pizza and they didn’t pay any attention to it and ruined the pizza. Hardly any sauce at all on either pizza. Four orders of bread sticks with 3 PAID for sauces and they didn’t bother giving us any sauces. And the bread sticks… dry as a bone and cold. And like others have said.. not in the slightest bit warm.. cold cold! Tried to call to make it right and sat on hold for almost 8 minutes before I gave up.

Really unfriendly staff and unprofessional as hell, this place is run terribly. I’d rather enjoy the wonderful food at pita way next door any day of the week. Every time I’m in this location it’s a bad time and I’ve heard very little positive responses of anyone else living in the area.

Placed an online order, it was listed as in the oven for more than 15 minutes. We pulled up to the door as the employees closed and locked the door stating that the closing shift has just quit. Now we have to figure out how to get reimbursed for the pizza we ordered.
