I am giving two stars solely because the cashier followed my request and communicated it to the staff. I asked that the pizza makers wash their hands before preparing my order.A few months ago, I made the same request, and the person preparing my pizza handled it from start to finish with care, hence my return. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time.
As I waited, I watched the staff continuously prepare pizzas handling pepperoni and putting items in the oven without washing their hands at any point. (I do not eat meat cross contamination). The only time they left the station was to grab more pans or supplies.
When I raised my concern again, the cashier apologized and addressed it with the staff, but one of the pizza makers insisted he had washed his hands multiple times. Based on my observation, that was accurate and I was not distracted by a cellular device. I also asked who was the manager and was told he was in the back, yet never came out or attempted to resolve the issue.
I’m writing this review from the parking lot because the experience was that disappointing. Customer concerns clearly aren’t taken seriously, and I will not be returning. To make matters worse, I watched another employee touch his phone and immediately go back to packing pizzas. The lack of sanitation is concerning.

The lady at the counter who helped me was so friendly and I was so pleased to see they had hot and readys available. This location is such a better store than the one on Monroe st. It was my first time here and I had a great experience so I will be back. Thank you to the employees here!

The one time that I didn’t look at my pizza before I walked out the door because I was cold and needed to get home and get some rest after a Long Day’s Work.. and the guy answered the phone and gave me the excuse we just got our ovens cleaned so that’s the reason that it was burnt. No offer of hey bring it back we’ll get you another one none of that. So I’m going to say this when I come from now on and ask to look at it before I go out the door please don’t have a bad attitude about it please don’t make me feel like I’m causing you any grief. In the past that’s how I felt like I was causing them some unburden and stress about looking at that before I leave out the door with my money being paid. You don’t have to worry about it anymore I will definitely be looking at my pizzas.

This Little Caesars location is always a solid choice when you want something quick, hot, and affordable. The Hot-N-Ready pizzas make it super convenient, and the Crazy Bread is a must-have every time. Service at the Outer Drive location is always fast and friendly, and the store is kept clean.

Staff is always kind and friendly. Food is meh. It’s a grab and go pizza. Hot and the kids like it but nothing special, just low cost. Lots of parking, no indoor dining or restrooms just carry out. You can order ahead for pickup

Gentleman at the front counter had a nasty attitude. No greeting when I came in but that’s fine but what I’m not okay with when I tell you my cheese bread look like it’s been cooked hours ago and you get an attitude when I ask about it and to get a fresh one I don’t need attitude once again. If you don’t like your job, find something else nobody’s forcing you to be there, but I know I won’t be back there ever again.
