Will never order another pizza at this location. I’ve ordered many pizzas from this location. About 9 or 10 times barely any sauce but never complained. We’ve ordered extra sauce on our last 3 pizza orders and still barely any sauce. I called tonight to complain and I was cordial and not looking for a free pizza either. I was just looking for understanding. The lady who answered the phone got defensive and was rude. I asked her do I need to start ordering from another location because this unacceptable. She didn’t apologize and told me to order from another location. She didn’t offer to make it right. She had a attitude but at least she was HONEST. Maybe it was beyond her control. So if you wanna a cheese sandwich order from this location if you want a pizza with normal sauce then order from another location. Anyhow I won’t order from this location again and will give my business to the Outer Drive location. I will not call back to ask for a manager or call corporate. I will not order from this location NO MORE. They need quality control at this location and a class in Customer Service 101. Also I’m not one to complain till I really get fed up. Really I’m a very patient person but this is unacceptable Also I don’t ever leave a review good or bad. Not a review type of person but just couldn’t let this one go. Her attitude struck me the wrong way and this location loss a good customer. Bad quality and customer service is not great for any type of business. Thanks!!

I tried to call in an order with light sauce and Kim the worker said she couldn’t make me slices n sticks because there’s wasn’t a button to push. I asked if she could just let someone know on that order and she like I can’t. She was rude and disrespectful, this makes it one of the worse little ceasars. I won’t be order from here. I luckily had a better experience at the one I went and they were happy to make a little sauce pizza during the lunch rush.

Tonight I ordered two pizzas through the pizza portal app, 1 Crunchy Stuffed Crusted and 1 Original Cheese. Once we got the pizzas home, we noticed they both (2) were original cheese, NO CRUNCHY CHEESE CRUST, we called and they told us to bring both pizzas back, offered no discount and then threw both pizzas in the trash in front of us. Check your orders at the Allen Park Little Caesar to ensure your order is correct!

I ordered a large stuff crust 3 meat pizza with extra meat (except pepperoni) and butter Parmesan on the crust with light sauce . I got a regular pizza with very little cheese no stuff crust extra pepperoni (that I didn’t ask for). After speaking with the manager on staff I was to return the wrong pizza and another one was made. However, their idea of extra meat is like the regular meat you get on the pizza and there was so little cheese on it I was just eating bread and meat. Li don’t know what happened their pizza use to be on point. But after this….I will not be pug one from that location any more.

Today I ordered my son’s very first cheese pizza from Little Caesars, and I’m really disappointed. I even called ahead, and the person on the phone told me it would be best to order online for pickup so it would be hot and fresh. We live just down the street, so I timed it perfectly and picked it up right on time from the kiosk.
When we got home and opened the box, the pizza was already cold. For my son’s first pizza experience, that was pretty sad. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a hot pizza—even when ordering fresh and picking up right away. Little Caesars used to be known for fast and hot, but now it feels like you just can’t get that anymore.

Went in this Little Ceasars location on Allen Rd. and Roosevelt. Was totally disrespected I came in the door waited up front for about 3or 4 minutes before the 2 employees came from the back to acknowledge me. I order myself some wings gave the young Caucasian man my money in his hand my total was $8.47 and I gave him a twenty ask if he would like the .47 cents he said no he has to check his drawer first. Np then he just returned my change by just leaving it on the counter I mentally furious of this disrespect!! What are we in the 1950’s I ask what are you afraid to put the money back in my hand the same way I gave it to you.smh.. he replied oh i dont work up here very often and proceeded to take the next customer that just so happend to be Caucasian women. I immediately said I wont be coming back here anymore!!

Fast, easy, typically the pizza is better at this location but this time wasn’t that great. One of my pizzas was oddly missing chees from the center of my pizza.

Worst pizza I ever gotten from this location. I paid for butter parm all over and didn’t get it. Served my daughter and old pizza after she asked for a fresh one. When she asked the said they wouldn’t make another close to closing. I understand this but why not say that in the beginning? Don’t force me to take something I don’t want after already paying. She’s a teenager and doesn’t know any better but they staff should.
